They are unprofessional and rude they profiled me thinking I wasn't worth their time as well they based of nothing as I have a completely clean record decided I must be stealing stuff out of car and got belligerent when I wouldn't let them search my vehicle

Was recommended by Stereo Designs in Ardmore as I am trying to find a place to cut and code a key we replaced on my wife's truck. The lady answering the phone is the only reason, (besides not being able to not give one star-0 from me!) they get a star. She's cool. She listened to everything I had to say after encountering this miserable human being they have strapped to a chair answering the phone for the key guys, which by the way I never broke my cool, I stayed calm as a cucumber and I think that is why he hang up on me. I don't care what kind of service you provide, if you have THAT attitude, expect my full attention. Answering questions is easy until the guy asking the questions elevates his tone on some, I AM KEY MAN, HEAR MY AUTHORETAH! before he hangs up because I calmly ask him to please not elevate with me. This is why people lose their businesses over time. The phone might stop ringing one day because of you buddy. You might not care now, but it's all good. God bless you my man.
EDIT: call Cook Locksmith, he's really fair priced and does not act like a jerk.

Shady. Unprofessional. Rude and disorganized. Would trust them with my possessions. Give u the runaround on the phone. Say they gonna get back to you and then dont. Dont trust them. Wrecked my car, paid the fees and fines. Went to get my personal belongings all the while the unprofessional gate keeper kept yelling that i need to hurry up. Thats my life in that car! Rude!!!!! I was surrendering the car. It my last chance to get my things. I think he could have been more patient. Dont use their towing service. Scammers. Lies. Rudeness. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still want my license plates i didnt get because your man kept rushing us. They are mine.

Ran into a problem needing a backup key for my Can-Am. Dealership could only provide me with a blank key. Could not find anyone locally that could cut the key without removing the permanent plastic cover from the initial key. That is until I stopped by Kool Kar Key Express in Durant OK and talked with Gary who was willing to do what he could within his means to help. Casey (locksmith) called me the next day and said he had my new key cut. He too, was nothing less than outstanding and more than willing to help in any way he could. These guys and their company were great and helped me out when I truly needed some help without replacing my complete ignition. Outstanding service.

My daughter is turning 16 in a couple weeks. After taking her to supper we stopped in at this place called Kool Kar Sales and from our car, browsed their inventory. We found a car we both liked and was interested in finding out more. We chose to call the car lot once we got back home.I made the call and a salesman answered. I stated that I found a car on the ot and I was interested in knowing some information. He said, "OK, who am I speaking to?" I answered with my first name. He replies "What is your last name?". I replied, in a calm and polite way, "We will get to that if I am interested". The salesman immediately hung up the phone.I called back and he went on to say that he was not going to be talked to like that and that I was being rude. I replied with that I didn't understand how my last name has anything to do with getting basic information on a vehicle that he NEEDS to sale. He replies, in a strong frantic manner, "I don't know who you are"!! I said that I was a customer and wanting to buy a car. Which he replies, "How do I know that!?!?!", Then he cuts me off while I am talking and states that he can see that we are at an impasse and proceeds to hang up on me again.I dont know what this guys problem was....Bad day? Maybe he thought I was a spy from another Used Car Lot, or an alien from another planet. But he was a jerk and can keep his cars and drive them right up his @$$

The key guy was a pain. Didn’t fix the key I needed said something else was wrong with the car and he still charged me for it. I took it to a mechanic in Dallas and when they fixed it, it was the key.
