Food was extremely disappointing. Chicken tasted burned and the honey butter Biscuits were extremely dry. Definitely not as good as it used to be.

Lady working the cash register around 11pm on Sunday 1/7/24 was extremely rude. Even mumbled something under her breathe as I was walking off.

Outstanding food if you can hit it right. Long lines when big supply but it goes fast. Not worth waiting if they’re out and cooking it. Must have to go catch the chickens ? in the back yard. But get there when the supply is large and you will dream about this food after you eat it. Some of the best fried chicken ever. Don’t get any sides … not good.

We got our food fast and that was good. This chicken was burnt too KRISPY with a jaw breaking KRUNCH. But the flavor of the chicken was ok. The wedges were pretty good.

Do not eat here. At 11pm, I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich ordered from the kiosk before I checked status. The first time I asked about status of my order, after 3 people who ordered after me got their food, I was told “if it’s tenders, it might be slow”. The second time I inquired, it was the sandwich that was slow. When I asked for food or my money back, they gave me someone else’s order.

Utter failure of a business! Understaffed. Poor processes. Poor customer service. Avoid at all costs! Go to smash burger. Anywhere else but here!

I hope this is the correct location inside choctaw casino. First off I understand they are extremely busy however the blonde i assume who was a manager.... VERY RUDE!!! She needs another job. Second I knew the wait would be long and I was fine with that but get back to my room and my order was horrible. Tenders were cold and tough, my red beans and rice maybe had two spoonfuls in the cup wasn't even half way full and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Not worth the $14 bucks i paid.

If I could give no stars I would. This was horrible service waited almost an hour for food, gave up and got a refund. Four people ahead of us still had not received their orders while I was waiting on refund. Meanwhile they are still taking orders. Looked at the screen and there were 12 orders waiting.

Bad place act like I wouldn’t even there and made me move out line and let someone in front me to just buy sauce. I don’t mind wait in line for sauce again it the right thing to do. Never say they wear even sorry for making me step out line. Rude place and chicken was hard and dry man.

After reading all the terrible experiences I tried it for myself and was pretty dang happy with it. paid for my food was handed hot fresh delicious chicken and biscuits pretty much immediately only thing that wasn't great were the corn fritters they were a little old everything else was great we even went back for another 6 peice later in the night and it was just as good
