I am disabled I have had nothing but bad luck with this Bank since the very beginning what should have been a first-tale sign but I went on ahead and gave them a chance. Through my year experience I have experienced charges that I did not seemable such as $2 and $3 charges for using my debit card and it didn't matter where it was at my bank or some other Banks ATM it doesn't matter. I have been charged numerous times for overdraft fees when there was plenty of money in the bank to cover. Some overdraft fees were reimbursed however only for them to come up with another scheme to take out the money they put back in which was adding extra $2 and $3 fees for every single time my card was used like I said earlier they're ATM or someplace else. Unable to make payments to my utility vendors each time I am flagged as fraudulent activity. I go on vacation and pay for it with my debit card once again it's considered as fraudulent activity. Getting your account reactivated after they have flagged you as fraudulent activity is a whole lot of trouble they won't even answer the phones when you call but yet each time you walk into the establishment they're standing around talking. Is a disabled woman I've had enough the community is always concerned about the elderly and disabled being taken advantage of but yet our own banks are doing it to us thank you Simmons Bank you have added more fear to the days worry that I already have if I can get out from under you people I will never choose you again nor will I recommend

Land mark was great this bank is horrible as if they really don’t care about there Costumers, and Costermer service is a zero.

I really wish I could give this bank less than one star. This is hands down the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is awful and don’t even get me started on the fees. Closed my account with them and will never look back.

Why would you only have one lane in the driveyhrou open with three cars in the parking lot that are worker's of yours can we not get anthor lane up in here....well check it out bank get it together

Terrible since take over from Landmark. Can't talk to anyone and when you do they have 0 clue. 1 star is as low as they will let me rate or this star would be in the sub basement. Bank officers in Durant should fight for their customers and insist vacuum tube be out back and both locations in this town staffed.

Place is terrible!!! If 2020 was a bank it’s this one! My accounts are constantly jacked up, you can’t get ahold of anyone to discuss anything! There’s only one flipping lane ever open... and if you need something on a Saturday, you better be waiting on a miracle!

Always had difficulty since they changed from landmark. But I recently got a new phone number. And when I tried to download the app and login it sent a security code to my old phone that I no longer have. I work from like 7am - 8 pm. Don’t have the time to go up to a branch. So when I tried calling customer service to change my phone number, WHICH IVE DONE BEFORE. They took all my information and then put me on hold for forever and then another lady got on the phone and told me I had to come in cause they thought I was a “fraud”. Literally so inconvenient. I don’t have the time to come in. Not helping their own customers that were able to give ALL needed information. Hate this bank since they switched. Can’t wait to find a better one.

This is a combination review of Landmark Bank and Simmons Bank. I've been a customer since 2012 and been very happy, particularly when they added 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week banking. This should be a no brainer for any banking institution. If this review were for Landmark only they would get a 5. Unfortunately in the past month since transitioning to Simmons Bank, it's been very difficult to get even the simplest of tasks taken care of. I've been to 3 locations with similar experiences at all of them. Everything is now extremely slow, employees appear frustrated and understaffed for the change. Lines are long and wait times are ridiculous. Last week to make a simple withdrawal, I gave myself a 20 minute window. I arrived and there were 2 windows open with a person at each and 2 more people waiting. The time I allotted to myself should have been plenty, but from the time I walked in until I walked out was 37 minutes and I was ultimately late for work for the only time in 4+ years as a result. Yesterday there were no cars in line for the outside electronic teller and the wait to get a remote teller was nearly 10 minutes after touching the screen. Earlier in the day, I was trying to access my account from my home PC and getting an error trying to communicate with the server. If things don't improve soon, I'm going to have to give up the convenience of 7 day banking because of the greater impact trying to bank with Simmons is having on my time. So far, Simmons gets only 1 star.
