Have taken money from my account with their paper billing statements I’ve never asked for. Just set my wife up a new account, and the person got her social and our address wrong. Took way longer than it needed to get access to her online banking because of it. Mistakes and accidents happen, but man. Not a good first impression.

Great people to work with! I highly recommend this bank. I don't have an account with them and they treated me great. Great home remodeling rates!!
