I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this Lowe’s needs attention. There is no staff to help. 3 days apart I went for Romex wire (it’s locked in a cage) and conduit (none left on the self but 300+ in stock). Both times after waiting about 20 minutes, I had customer service call someone for help. Both attempts I gave up and went home empty handed. Then, I placed the order online thinking someone would get it overnight or the next morning. I was wrong, I waited almost a full day and the order was not filled until I went up there and complained to customer service. Took 3 attempts and complaining to get what I needed. I will have to drive to Sherman to avoid the frustration. I hope they get it figured out soon.

Went to Durant Lowes for a painting project and the Sherwood Williams paint was on sale. Gave the gentleman the Sherwood Williams paint card and said I wanted 3 gallons on “Watery” exterior in satin. Went back to get paint and it was the Valspar brand. I told him I wanted Sherwood Williams for the rebate. He told me they sell more Valspar than any other brand and it all comes out about the same. Hmm He never said I’m sorry, I made a mistake or apologized. I guess Lowes just sales you what they want you to have. I hope I get a response but probably will not. Done at Lowe’s.

Another day dissatisfied with the customer service at the Durant Oklahoma Lowe's Home Improvement Store. Waited 30 minutes for help in the electrical wire area and no one showed. Losts of folks around wearing red vest working on NOT working. I had one look me in the face and kept walking by.

I purchased a home 3 months in Calera. First visit there spent 2800.00 refrigerator and double oven. Went back a month later purchased a 2nd refrigerator. I purchased two John Deer zero turn mowers from Lowe’s in Greenville Tx. Went to get battery and blades nothing in stock. Went to John Deer instead. Went in there last to purchase a Toro 529.00 push mower couldn’t get no service by pushing button. So went to service desk told them after 30 minutes of nothing I left. Went to Lowe’s in Sherman purchased it. Went there today to purchase some items in chain department they had no cutter said broke. I went back couple hours later to get something in same department couldn’t get no service pushing button after 25 minutes it to return desk. I told young genteel at desk this was the worst Managed store if ever been in and what happened today. Said he was sorry told him wasn’t you fault but you need to tell someone. Don’t plan on going back.

This Lowes is the worse Lowes I've been in. No one to help you with anything. Twice within a week. One for push mowers and one for wire. Waited for over 25 minutes after pushing help button. NO ONE RESPONDED! The people up at customer service are of no help either! I'll drive to Sherman from now on.

Will no longer spend any money at Lowe's. As long as you don't employ people at cash registers, I will not do their job to purchase items.

Ordered a range online and picked up in store. Everything went well. From looking in store with Camren, To communicating with Renee in fulfillment, Donna in customer service and Hayden helped loading. Despite some minor technology issues we were able to get everything going and getting it home today. Thank you so much to everyone that had a hand in helping me.
Excellent service yet again. My family and I will only purchase appliances through y'all. We drive an hour one way. There's a competitor 30 minutes from us, but they don't keep anything in stock and they don't provide the customer service we get at the Durant Lowe's. Y'all are worth the drive. Thanks again!

I’ve literally been on hold for 2:13 minutes as a contractor this morning trying to see where my order is that was supposed to be ready Saturday morning. No one will answer and people I email about it tell me to call the store. That makes zero sense!!! Absolutely horrible customer service, order accuracy, and organization. I won’t be back after spending about 35,000 dollars here.

Love this place! They've got dog stuff now too!!! It's only sometimes they happen to not have in stock what your looking for, especially so when it's a seasonal item. Be calm and they'll order more. Awesome right! What's not awesome: Why doesn't anyone help you load what you bought when what you bought is bigger than you? Can a lady get some help without having to recruit it from the parking lot? just a thought?. It wasn't me but my former employer went shopping and needed help LOADING what she bought. She's a healthy, vivacious senior who's had multiple back surgery's and a portion of a lung removed, that and she shouldn't be lifting more than 5 pounds. Improve on the availability of your employees to assist your customers after they're purchase had been made is all I'm a saying, she spends a sh×t ton of $ there, she'd spend more if she could get help LOADING what she bought...

Very mediocre, things can be difficult to find and some are even misplaced from where they should be according to the app. Always have to be aware of misuse of authority when it comes to some employees too.
