The two young idiots I dealt with treated me like I didn't know what I was doing, couldn't find the right part and I had to keep pointing out that it was the wrong part all because they couldn't read the right part number. The manager was nice and treated me with respect and store was well put together.

I called up there to order several wheel speed sensors for a Chevy Silverado and had the part pulled up on the O'Reilly's website. I asked the lady on the phone if I could order several of these sensors made by ACDelco. She advised me that all they had was standard ignition brand and could not get the AC Delco because they were " special order ". I immediately called the O'Reilly's in Atoka and the man Jason there was very helpful and ensuring they were the right part. He said yes they most definitely could order them and I would get them the next morning.

Very unprofessional to never answer the phone. How do you expect to keep customers or to make sales with business associates that are clearly too lazy to simply answer the phone. And I would Recommend hiring people that have more knowledge of the things they are selling/ ordering for people and just be more knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and their parts and even tools seeing how that’s what the job pertains to and hell I know more about their job than the actual employees…smh something needs to change or I’ll take my service back to auto zone and recommend them to anyone and everyone to not go there and yea I went all Karen on this place and no I’m not sorry, but I guess the location of the store would kind of make since of why the idiots running it are in fact ruining it and it’s sad it used to be the best in town can’t say the same I give a -5 stars
