109 W Lost St, DurantWe attended Oktoberfest here and had such a wonderful time! As new members of the community, it really made us feel welcome and like we fit right in. The atmosphere was fun, friendly, and relaxed — exactly what you’d want from a local brewery. We enjoyed it so much that we came back later to grab some of the beers we had tried, and once again the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved that our kids were welcome — they even had toys and games to keep them entertained while we visited! Overall, it’s such a great local spot with great people, great beer, and a welcoming vibe for everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

2836 University Blvd #126, DurantThe donuts were the best I have ever had and I am not a donut fan. I just wasn't prepared for how expensive this place would be. Definitely worth going but make sure you budget if you are going to buy very many of them, over $4 for their cinnamon roll. Also, be prepared to wait. On a Saturday morning the line is out the door. Staff is super friendly and they work as fast as possible to get to you.

901 N 1st Ave, DurantExcellent service and terrific food at value prices. We had yummy house made cream of broccoli soup, hamburger steak with gravy, liver and onions, and fried zucchini. Everyone enjoyed everything. It's just good old fashioned country cooking with fresh quality ingredients and skilled cooks. I'm sorry I was too full to order dessert because the pies and cakes looked delicious. Recommended.
