Great service and great deals! Ronnie is a great guy and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. When a lot of dealers are marking up, they're keeping their prices fair. Recommend them for all vehicle purchases.

Very poor experience with the service department. They take in more vehicles than they can handle which results in very long wait times coupled with poor communication by the service advisors.

I've had another local Ford dealership change spark plugs and boots on my car and the service department at Red River refused to work on my vehicle due to the fact I took it another ford dealership to have work done on it. Red River stated that they would not touch or even look at my vehicle due to this reason. When I bought my car's extended warranty they were very clear that it was ok to take to other Ford dealerships to have it worked on. I will never buy another car from them and neither will any of my other family members. They definitely do not take care of their customers when things go wrong and they absolutely prey on people who are not familiar with the process. They twist the boundaries of your warranty as well to make it to where it's not covered under the warranty terms and you are left to pay out of pocket. The owner of the dealership even called my husband and told him there was miscommunication between him and the service manager because my husband was in a "loud" environment. He treated him like an idiot when all he was doing was trying to get some answers and understand why.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The service department is horrible! They kept my sister's car for almost 2 weeks and never even opened the hood of her vehicle. We eventually had to take her car to a different dealership who fixed the vehicle in 3 days.

Will never go back to the service department at Red River Ford in Durant. Called Friday on Sep 25 2020 about my 2010 Ford expedition. The window regulator went out called and they said to bring it in Wednesday Sep 30 2020. So I get there and they told me it will be a week before they can get to my car then change to a month. This after I had an appointment. This is not the first time they have done this to me. Horrible Horrible service.

Watch out for these guys-- they prey on the ignorant. That is not to say that all car dealerships are not the same way--but still-- my deal there was a true learning experience. I was 21 and knew my credit score was good at 737. However I didn't know what a good interest rate was for that score. They ran my info on a truck and came back to congratulate me on my credit and said that it was good enough to get approved through Ford Motor Credit directly-- and at 8% interest ! Boy golly! 6 months later I'm telling this story to the Chevy dealer when shopping for my fiancé and they explained to me how badly they ripped me off. Said my interest rate was probably only 4 or 5% and they beefed it up for a fat kick back--playing on my youth and ignorance. I was very upset. Traded my truck into to them that day. They ran my financing and told me just how bad I was hosed-- for my truck I got a brand new Chevy Silverado 4 dr crew Cab LTZ for 2.7% interest. I will NEVER do business with Red River Ford again.

One would expect the average car dealership service to be slow and expensive. That would make two and a half stars to be average. If you add poor communications then that would subtract from that. They have the potential to do better and I hope they improve.

Worst experience today. I go to the service department because I have nitrogen filled tires I told them the lights been on so I probably have a nail or something. They come back and said oh you were down 5 pounds in each tire so they put AIR in my nitrogen filled tires I question them on it and they said it would be okay. They went and ask someone about it and sure enough on my valve stem clearly mark their nitrogen filled . No it will not be okay they tell me they never heard of nitrogen filled tires yet every new dealership sells them with these newer vehicles. When the service tech came out they just told me what the manager said why did the manager not come out and speak to me directly about this ? I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle and they said I needed this fixed as soon as possible . So now I have to go an hour away to where I bought the vehicle to have them purged which is going to take 2 hours driving time and who knows how long having the service done. Not to mention the cost that I'm out. I went to their dealership once before in the service department I will never ever go back or recommend them. I decided maybe I should call and complain it's been over an hour and I still haven't heard and probably won't this is pathetic
