HORRIBLE customer service, an even worse website, & don’t EVER expect to get to talk to a real person whenever you call unless you have a minimum of 20 minutes to wait.. have NEVER had a good experience with this post office in any way..

Multiple packages lost because delivered to the wrong address- yes my address is on my mail box and house. I made 7 trips to post office and spoke with post master twice …. Insurance claim was denied by usps despite their own tracking showing it was delivered to the wrong address!

Moved into a new neighborhood with cluster mailboxes.. They gave my mailbox key to the wrong house… Who is that stupid??? Called for an update a couple days later.. The office women didn’t even relay the information.. Couldn’t say I wasn’t surprised with the hateful look and attitude she had… After 6 days of asking for updates the key was finally brought back to the office…. Unfortunately the individuals that were given the key took all my mail and packages … Called once again to this LOVELY Post Office, said they knew the family personally and will ask for it back…No return callback.. DO BETTER!!!

This post office has been a nightmare to deal with. The only consistent thing is the person working the counter being rude to me and my husband every time we walk in. The lack of help has made me have to go back several times because when I ask for help I just get a cold stare. Every interaction we have had has been with the same lady working the front desk. I don’t normally write negative reviews but her being unhelpful when I asked questions about updating my address has caused me a lot of issues and inconveniences. I have really enjoyed our mailman. He has been really nice. This rating does not reflect my feelings toward him.

Went in the first time to verify myself for a change of address. Woman at the front desk was stern but I got what I needed, said thank you and had no issue. Second time I went in was because my account still said my address wasn’t verified and I wanted to go make sure it was good. Same lady talked to me like a child and was just rude. If you have an issue with people asking questions then you don’t need to be dealing with customers. I just moved here. I usually have no problem with people and their attitudes (I have one as well) but I came in genuinely confused and got treated rudely. Glad there are other post offices so I don’t need to come back here.

My mail person continues to stuff packages into the mailbox that do not fit. I have had countless items ruined because they will not walk it to the door.

I am an impatient person...so if my packages take longer to get here then it upsets me....however I have gotten every single one. Not one has come up missing. That's actually the most important thing to me. 5 stars to that!

I’ve been going to the USPS for 4 decades and I have never received the kind of service I received from Evan today.This was my first visit to the Durant office and I was thinking it would be busy. It was not busy, and I received the best service in the world. I will be using this place again for sure!
