poor customer service skills. The bank has had a security glitch in there system that caused me to get scammed and I showed them all the evidence they even admitted to it and they did not return my money I would not suggest this bank to a loved one.

We have never had an issue with the workers inside of the durant location specifically, but the whole system is so messed up. My fiance has to answer 2 calls a day confirming his transactions so they don't cancel his card for fraud. He's just getting lunch and gas.Not to mention, if they lock your card up on Saturday after noon, you're screwed until Monday morning because their customer service line is not 24/7. I recommend another banking service.

Went to them for a land loan and they told us we got approved with an interest rate of 7.25% so we said, "Ok great send us the paperwork we need to sign." When they sent the paperwork for us to sign it had 9% and when I called they said, "Oh the rates went up and that will be the new rate." I was mad to say the least and asked why I wasn't informed of this before they sent me paperwork to sign after I agreed to the 7.25% and all they could say was sorry we can't control rates. Make sure you look over your paperwork before you sign anything here. Our payment went up over $100 with that new rate and so we backed out and went to First United. Shame on them for not letting us know about the rate change. That is not how you gain customers. I get it rates change, but you should let a customer know that before you send over paperwork after they already agreed to a different rate.

Only suggestion would be to add the ability to lock your debit card from the app. We were victims of a scam and had to call to lock the card which took longer than just being able to go into the app and locking the card would have.

Just a bank, nothing special about it. In the past they had a way that you could make money using your credit card. As far as I am concerned Money in Money out; any bank can do it. It really isn't different than any other bank, mediocre in service, with people just doing their jobs.

The staff at Vision Bank is wonderful! I have other banks I use, but I opened an account at Vision and it has been the absolute best experience. They resolve any issue quickly, and they are all so kind and helpful!
