When its great its great, too bad that is extremely rare. I thought Xfinity from where I used to be was bad, but boy has Vyve been a downgrade.I personally play videogames, and Vyve I'd say 95% of the time has spikes of ping or packet loss or both every few minutes for seconds at a time. This results in me getting constantly booted from friends games, lag spikes in competitive games, etc etc.The bandwidth is okay, not a huge issue, very rarely does it ever get a gig down but we do pay for "up to" so whatever. It wouldn't be bad if we constantly had issues playing online games or spikes that cause streaming to buffer or go down in resolution constantly.Mostly, their customer support is great, techs know what they are doing, but its hard to do good work when you are working with such a poorly managed network. We have called multiple times, had lines replaced, and they have had a few techs go down the line checking signal levels. That should be something you can do with proper network monitoring. We have had more than a few occasions where we call, they say they "fixed" it and it results in little.If you, like me, have no other options, shoot. If you just use it for streaming, shoot. Any more sensitive applications and go for literally anyone else. My 1 bar of Verizon LTE gives me a better gaming experience than Vyve ever does.

At the beginning of the week, I paid for and scheduled an installation for today, Friday. I took off work to be here for the install and he shows up to tell me they can't service my area. Why didn't they check and call me to tell me this beforehand? I lost out on pay for work and wasted DAYS where I could've called someone else. Now I have to try to get a refund.

They was working on a power line that goes thur my yard by the road and tore my yard up didnt fix it didnt say sorry.. My yard still messed up there they left tracks i have to mow right there and i cant becuase two tire marks from them getting stuck.

If you have ANY other options other than this company, go with them. This is the absolute WORST internet company I've ever had to use. Constant problems that instead of fixing, I'm given excuses for. During the day I'm lucky if I get a quarter of the speed I pay for. They don't seem to care because they know there aren't many other options in this area. From what I understand, it's been an issue for quite some time. It would be great to even get half of what I pay for.

Told us multiple times a tech would show up. Never shows up.Our 2G hasn’t worked for months and our 5G works half the time.No urgency and no prioritizing customer service. Outages are plenty. They don’t seem to really care that you’re paying for something that doesn’t work. Could just be this office, not the entire company. I don’t know.I don’t want to switch because for about a year we had no problems. The last year and a half have been nothing but. may be forced to switch to Verizon Home Internet or TMobile since our area doesn’t have a ton of options

I consistently have internet issues and have had Vyve out on a number of occasions. I probably have to call them about once a month and that is only when things are so bad that I am upset enough to actually call. My neighbors also report frequent issues so I know I am not alone. I am paying way too much for sub par internet service.

I’d give it a better review but it sucks becawe pay for gig prices and I get a 450 mbps download and 30 upload I mean that’s fast but I do a lot of streaming and gaming sometimes it’s slow and the WiFi box they have you rent just isn’t strong enough to do anything even though they tell you this is for your gigabyte speed I have not once seen gig speed since I’ve had it
