We will never use durant, ok walmart again. When a supervisor says that they can open the phone case in electronics and bring phone up front to pay then say there is no one to open the case when i k ow managers have keys to the cases.thats a given

This is a warning for people who need/want convenience from the most "greedy" company on the planet. Placed a grocery delivery. My order which contained frozen + refrigerated items were left on my front porch in 100 degree weather without any ice or insulated bag. I'm fairly new to Durant from Dallas (which has many delivery options). I've never received a food delivery with cold food not on ice or insulated. This may be the same in Dallas with Walmart. To top it off when I opened up my bags a big portion of the items that I ordered were missing. Disappointing. Was planning on making dinner but too many items missing. Eggs and milk were already warm. Frozen items barely frozen. I had already pre-paid a nice tip on a percentage of the items ordered. Basically the delivery person ended up with a 30% tip on a disappointing order. It is not the delivery person's fault. This is simply to inform ppl who possibly order delivery from Walmart.

Walmart's pretty sad. The management is pretty sad. They're making some kind of bonuses or raise for being under staffed. It's pretty ridiculous when you have two cashiers and 70 guests waiting to check out.

I have never had so many issues with a grocery pick up. I completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen. But EVERY.SINGLE.TIME?!?! We don't live in town so it saves me a bunch of time not having to go in. I also have a wild child two year old and like to use their service they provide. They have forgotten dog food multiple times, milk, diapers.. always the necessities. I've used this location probably 30 times and I'd say 25 of those times I've had to file for a refund and drive back up there to get what they forgot. Making it pointless in the first place. The past few times they won't give me a refund because I waited too long to report it. I didn't notice I was missing it until it was too late. I've used the Denison location for almost 2 years before that and never once had a problem. NOT ONCE!! I will gladly drive the extra distance now and not get taxed out the ass. Shame on you Durant Walmart for being the only grocery store around and being terrible.

Took my aunt here because it showed they had an item in stock. I know there is that chance of it being wrong. I asked an associate for help and she was helping us when the girl from that department showed up and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. They found that the store in fact was suppose to have 3 of the items. The rude associate in the home area said well 3 isn't something I am going to look for they could be in customers baskets or something for all I know. The other girl said they come in cases of 3. So they had a case of what my aunt wanted, but the associate couldn't be bothered to help us. So we left and drove over 30 miles to a Texas store that was suppose to have it, and sure enough their associate directed us right to it. I will now make the drive to that Walmart for anything I need, plus no tax on groceries in Texas. Durant Walmart will never get another cent from me.

Running Operations for 6k+ employees, 700+ stores, and in a highly competitive industry, I know a thing or two about customer service. I can tell you that this wall mart provided me the worst experience I've ever had, on every single level. If you want to learn every bit of what not to do in service, go here. Money center, associates ' Peg', supervisor 'Adrian', probably the most incompetent I've ever seen. Both were rude. Unhelpful. stated policy and procedure over and over again despite their colleagues telling me I could purchase a money order and cash same day. Both told me "well you're trying to get 2k dollars. That's a lot of money. If it was less maybe we can make an exception but 2k is suspicious". Haha. What? How is it your business weekend whether I am getting 20, 200, or 2000? I'm not trying to be pretentious, but these people seriously are what epitomizes low class America, and my god, I didn't serve for 8 years in the military in combat 3 times to come home to this. Keep hiring people like this, and for some desperate reason, allowing kids to be supervisors, along with 70-year old 'salty' retirees, and you have a guaranteed strategy to be disrupted by the Amazons of the world. I promise you WalMart, I will never step foot in a store of yours again because customer experience is absolutely not within the top twenty priorities of your brand.

I'm a poker dealer and travel across the country dealing tournaments. Every large town now has a wallmart though the variation is products is about 5% in every city depending on size and local items. Lost a button on my work shirt and went to go a replacement black button down shirt and they did not uave one at this location.

I went to the dressing room to try a jacket on, I asked the lady very politely if I could do so, she looks me up and down and sighs and says " uh I mean I guess" & rolls her eyes at me. It was an older lady. VERY rude & disrespectful. Will take my business to Atoka or Ada, since I'm such an inconvenience at Durant.

Do not use photo lab service. Kiosks are terrible and only work every now and then, customer service is terrible and they are rude, and quality of photos are not good. As someone who takes pictures professionally I would not recommend anyone get their photos printed here. You will not be happy about it.

The people there are stereotypes and they automatically follow black people around to see if they're stealing.. Also the workers are never where they need to be especially in the paint, fabric, and in the electronics areas.. I advise to go else where, the one in Sherman is better.

if you need an electric cart to get around in this is not the place. anytime i go in during the middle of the day or evening there is never a cart. these carts are supposed to be a first come first serve. i had been waiting a long time for a cart to return and when i saw an elderly Walmart worker come in on one i asked her if there were any others. she said no without stopping. i followed her to the other end to see if there were any down there. she had brought the cart in for another person while i was sitting there waiting for a long time to get one. i talked to the manager on duty, and all she gave was excuses. well we are busy we have 12-13 which i never saw that many ever. she never said she was sorry and never asked to help me get one. i hate this store and when i can i will go to Dennison or Sherman. i never have a problem getting an electric cart there.

Work requires a lot of traveling and we have been in many many Walmart stores. This Walmart store has some of the friendliest people working here. The pharmacy people are so nice and accommodating. Although busy they take the time to really assist each customer. This store is very busy but the cashiers always greet you with a smile. Pleasure to shop here.
