The lady refused to take coins as payment for gas. She said it would have to be taken to Walmart and exchanged for bills.
It’s just not right. If I am out of gas you want me to take my perfectly legal tender and exchange it for a different kind just so you don’t have to count it?

Murphy cashier system kicks out my loyalty ID on a regular basis. Not worth having it when it doesn't give points at time of purchase.

Way too crowded at times. I understand the employees can't do anything about it. Some of the customers are rude and purposely take their time if there is a line behind their car.

There are WAY TOO MANY people here! People keep ILLEGALLY pulling up behind other cars at the pump and waiting on them to get done, instead of waiting in a parking space or circling the business LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO!!! Which blocks other drivers from easily driving around the business. That's the main reason NOBODY IS ALLOWED TO PULL UP BEHIND ANOTHER CAR AT A GAS STATION!!! If you don't like it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Not all pumps working correctly. Ours had not given receipt and staff not caring. Took 100 points and did not give discount.

The lady with black hair refuses to unlock the bathroom door and even locked the faucet so no one can fill their bottles with water and she is also very rude and lies about their bathroom being messed up. The gas here is watered down and doesn't last long when you are trying to go somewhere. I suggest going to Loves where atleast their gas is good and lasts you a long time before the next fill up. Lastly they charge you extra before you fill up your tank. Also please be advised that Murphys USA is not affiliated with Walmart so they do not take walmart cards even though it is advertized.

Signage on pump falsely advertises the ability to be able to pay for your fuel with a Walmart gift card. I put money on a gift card specifically to get gas and was promptly told they aren't accepted despite signs directly on the pump saying otherwise. Buyer beware!! You'll end up with your $ stuck on a useless giftcard! CONTINUED FALSE ADVERTISING? I SMELL CLASS ACTION!

Around 4:10 pm on 4/26 I stopped to get gas. I needed to do a split payment with half card and half cash. I've have done this at an Exxon and another gas station before but the cashier said she couldn't do it here, OK cool but then when I said so will I have to hang up the pump to start the other half of the payment she said in a VERY RUDE voice..."This Ain't nothing new" So I then said well it's very new to me not to be able to do a split payment and I think I'll take my business elsewhere. NO NEED to treat people that way ? Went right to Exxon where the very nice cashier took my split payment with no need to hang up the pump ?

Not horrible, but always busy. Just a heads up, do not use the air…machine is broken and cannot increase the psi. (Unless you only need 32 or below as that is the default.). I needed to put 36 in, and the machine automatically shuts off at the number given so I couldn’t actually air up my tires. Told the clerk the issue and got an “ok”….Only $2 so not the end of the world, but surprised how little response they had.
