The lines are really long, even at self check. No other Walmart I have been to has lines this long, but the Walmart is clean. Not a lot of blocked isles when I went. Not the friendliest customer service though. Not the worst Walmart I've been to.

This is the one in Durant, OK. The management always has time and patience with customers and the team have always been able to point me toward the thing I can't find. If you want to know if the staff are a hindrance with their assumption of right-of-way in all movements, of course they are. If you want to know if they put their pallets at the most inconvenient locations and cause a need for backtracking with your heavy cart, of course they do. There seems to be no training for ALLOWING customers to flow smoothly as they shop. If you want to know if I have visually confirmed that a request for something that shows a quantity in-stock online be made available to my cart will result in the team member finding something else to do in back that keeps them long enough for you to give up, of course I have. It's Walmart after all. For this reason, I shop for clothing, food, and batteries at Walmart in Durant, OK. Anything else I need from Walmart, I buy online....sometimes from a competitor. My new sleeping bag was supposed to come from Walmart but didn't because of the lazy team member that didn't even try to find it from the back. The same will happen with the bike that got me the same results from asking. There were 5 in the back still in boxes.
I learned something from an employee. Your rating at checkout has an effect on the bonusses that management gets. That's all it changes. If you don't want that parasitic load on your prices, a one-star could be the solution.

Walmart is a complete worst if you go back there to electronics and the photo center there's no one back there, when you go to look for someone to ask for help there's hardly nobody around and then you'll get it's not my department. I am definitely surprised that no one shoplifts more at walmart. Since they can't afford employees with all the self-checkout registers

We drove to the back of the store where there were some workers talking. My friend asked where we could shoot fireworks and a woman employee (store manager or some other higher-up) was rude to us. No reason they couldn't be polite.

Hours of operation changed after Covid shutdown.
With the store closed all night, customers are now not only putting up with stocking in the middle of the day but NOW we are putting up with employees collecting online orders.
Corporate needs to quit operating as if we will all continue to shop at their stores.

One of the cleanest Walmarts I’ve ever been in. I’ve never seen floors so white! Got in & out even tho it was super busy.
