Why so many stickers on every item?
One 22L container had 6 stickers and barcodes. Half were the kind that shred when removed.

I have ordered several times with Webstaurant because they have some of the best prices for items. However any time I have any kind of syrups or cups delivered they almost always come damaged. Most recently, I had syrups thrown in a box and arrive leaking and my boxes of cups almost always have at least a sleeves worth of cups broken.
I will say the customer service is always good about apply credits or sending replacements, but I shouldn’t have to request a refund or replacement after each item arrives. It wastes my time and I miss out on inventory that is needed. Packaging practices must improve. For as much as I pay for shipping and handling, I expect much better service.

Water ice/sorbet/ice cream bases are not shipped with care or any form of protection. Multiple separate orders of mine have been damaged/broken/covered in syrup. Package carriers do their best to repackage and rebag but does not prevent product loss or the loss of my time and frustration.
Customer service has been good to replace/refund items but this can all be avoided by taking proper precautions.
Liquid items must be packaged correctly and with care!

Horrible experience so far! Spend over $1700 on my order and it was suppose to ship almost 2 weeks ago. I call every 3 days and they tell me the same excuse "our warehouse is getting a lot of orders, it should ship out tomorrow"... If you're looking to buy restaurant equipment from these guys, expect to wait weeks if not months! Sad thing is this item is in stock just sitting in their warehouse

Hope you never need to collect warranty. They will avoid you like the plague till you are out of warranty then blame you for not contacting them before it ran out. I have a 1100 dollar paper weight because they would not help me till two weeks after the warranty had run out on a compressor assembly I bought. Then I left a bad review and then and only then did they reach out only to blame the manufacturer. Will never buy anything from these thieves.

I should have seen reviews first before purchasing, I ordered chocolate bags from them, I opened the box 1 month after the delivery, and I saw 2 of the 4 bags were open, I called for an exchange and they refunded 50% , I am at loss with the other 50% since I can’t use opened chocolates

Update/new order: ordered cast irons with one day delivery on 8/30… it’s 9/2 and they still haven’t even shipped which means they won’t be here until next week now. What is going on up there and does anyone really care there? Have had far less issues with Katom.Supposed to receive a credit for a faulty working piece of equipment that was under warranty. Rather than someone reach out and ask what cardon file we would like the credit to, like 99.9% of other companies do, they went ahead and refunded to a card of someone that is no longer with us. I relayed this information and they said it’s out of our hands and now you have to deal with the credit card company. So rather than doing it the right way, I have to spend my time tracking down a rogue credit card credit. Do better.
