I live in the middle of nowhere, so that being said high speed Internet it great with this company, I can stream videos in 4k with Dolby Atmos, still play on a phone or play Xbox live just fine all at the same time too. I honestly have no complaints. Custom support is always helpful and wonderful as well as the tech's (thank you Sandy)

So for some reason there is fiber 1/4 mile or so from my house. I can't get it and the signs on the road are old but the fiber is cheaper then what I have and am forced to have a house line can't wait for CVEC to get done with their fiber. Pottawatomie telephone is going to lose so many consumers since they are over pricing garbage internet and have fiber but didn't want to get it to everyone they could. Going to be another dead company in the next couple years.

We have had a few problems, but service techs are awesome.Very nice folks on the phone as well.Even after hours support is excellent.

I had a problem with their server not taking my cell phone information they help me re-establish email connection through my cell phone. They took the time to help the customer for that I am thankful.

I pay $100 dollars a month for WiFi and it’s never stable some days I can not do anything for the price I’m paying I want top of the line WiFi for a 100 dollars
