I tried buying 10 cans of Skoal the manager lady said she only has 10 cans so 5 cans is all she can sale me even though the truck just delivered 10 cans I couldn’t buy them all at one time.
Not sure turning down a sale is good business.

Customer service sucks . extremely rude on classen and on Santa Fe horrible horrible customer service and when you call corporate they just pick up phone and hang up .

Some of the employees are very nice. Some of them are courteous and helpful and make your day better. Some of them on the other hand, not so much. there’s this older heavier, white lady that works there and she is extremely rude and makes very off colored remarks that are completely unnecessary. Their cash system was down so I went to another 7-Eleven to see if that one was down as well. It was. I had no issues at that store. I had no issues at the other gas station that I went to complete my transaction. so I called the original 7-Eleven, which is this one to tell them it’s a systemwide issue and that they can have a nicer tone with people. She hung up. I was not rude and I did not use any profanity. I will never come back to this store again and I’ll go out of my way to support other businesses that appreciate my business because I have never been rude or disrespectful to any employees in the 20 years that I have been coming here.

Mind it’s 2:25 end of day sale should be done already been sitting here for 10 minutes and not a damn thing two customers have came and gone trying to get gas or something in the store oh I might also add I called and nothing no sign of life in the store good hiring process I guess

I think 7eleven need to work in this spot to fix 2 things:
The customer service is the worst ...
and the gas pumps always does not work and u have to jump from one pump to another just wasting time here in this location

The cashiers always seem like they are on drugs or something, and have rudeattitudes,never has their creamer full ?, and just because I asked to cash in a lottery ticket, the cashier was very rude if it's broken to cash it in don't have an attitude,

Clean store, mostly curtious employees. One over night lady is efficient and that’s about all I’ll say. Gas prices are normally lower at this particular location than at the Danforth and Santa Fe location.Definitely an older store, small and has things to fit your basic needs.
