The worker there was extremely rude and disrespectful. I left my ID out in the car and I was stopping in to get a lighter. The lady asked if I had my id on me as I was looking and when I said no she said “then don’t touch the lighters.” Very rude. Very unprofessional. Highly highly disappointed.

This is the nastiest 7/11 !! The soad machine is nasty I turned around an left.. will not get sick cause if their self lack in cleaning while working!! Where is your manger allowing this place to continue to runnthis nasty!! Floors are gross and sticky..

I always go there it's by my house, I have never had bad service here. No complaints from me. I do not get gas here but I have. I usually need a bag of ice or something hot to drink.

for 2 years I've been coming into this location and buying my cophagan and never had a problem until this evening. after entering my rewards number it didn't work so I had her scan my cell 2times. she asked if I had problems with my cell number when I said no do you she gave me my money back and refused to serve me lol for asking her the same dumb question she asked me said I was rude lol I've contacted corp. and I won't retrun to this location 6 blocks from my home until changes are made in staffing .

This place is trash. There is a short haired girl who is so rude. I went to get cigarettes and she gave me the wrong kind. I said these aren’t what I ordered my husband smokes these. She said oh you’re buying them for your husband? I said no. She said yes are and wouldn’t sale them to me. I’m 42. So does she think I have an underaged husband I’m trying to sneak cigarettes to?

Unfriendly staff. When I went to buy a lighter, the staff asked to see my ID .This is a huge disrespect to customers. They didn‘t sell it to me even after looking at the ID. The staff at this store are racist. I go to other stores to buy lighters without looking at the ID.

Unfriendly staff! Almost to the point of being rude. Get more friendly, helpful people that provide better customer service or lose to Oncue still. That's why I go to Oncue instead usually

Dayshift cashier, young, dirty blonde hair, either needs to Starr greeting people, thanking them and actually act like she wants to be there, or find a new job. The last 5 times I've been in, I say hello, she doesn't say anything, no smile. I make my purchase, I say thanks and she doesn't respond.

This location has to have one of the lowest prices in Edmond. But it's old and the gas pumps no longer print your receipt. You have to walk inside EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. to get your receipt. Then you have to interact with the cashiers who do not want to interact with you. They act irritated that you want a receipt.
