I would not recommend getting anything from this place especially if you are renting. They tried to charge me 2000 for a tv that I could buy at Walmart for $350.00 not to mention the general manager at the store is rude and non chalant. Then they gave me the wrong information they said I wasn’t due for a payment until the 20th but called me on the 16th demanding that I make a payment or else they’ll take the tv. Don’t go here!!

I will never get any thing from this Location I went inside the office and made arrangements to get a brand new bed and mattress that I never received. No one never contacted me Tyler is the person I spoke with. He played dumb and then says oh you have to come in and do an application. After a month and a half later😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The manager , Daija or Daisy (whatever her name is), saves people's card information and charges them without their consent if they don't make a payment within the store's time . This is ILLEGAL. How do you remember my card info when I do not have auto pay set up???? Fishy. I have been charged and they are refusing to refund me my money. This company is fraudulent as well as scammers! Daija/Daisy is very rude and has no customer service skills. This store is a 0.

Payment was due on a Friday couldn’t get it in was planning on popping in on Saturday. Was woken up Saturday morning at 8:00 am from banging on my door and doorbell ringing several times. So while the quick ability to get items may be an easy process however if life happens and you miss a payment expect the Aaron’s bounty hunt team at your door prompt and early the next morning repeatedly banging and ringing your doorbell.

This store in Edmond have rude employees. I been calling a week about my product they have not reached out to me one time to schedule a delivery when I called Dominique was very very rude unprofessional like she was talking to one of her friends her tone of voice was very hight with me for no reason. Kyle the manager I been talking to him he's very short with you not giving very much information like he was mad I keep calling. I thought they would at least reach out to me after a week and I have already paid. Website said by Friday here it is Friday have yet to get a delivery
