Great company. Have good service all the way out in Harrah, technical support is always quick and easy.

Oh, how we long to have strong internet connectivity in Harrah surrounding area. Airosurf is a kind company with excellent employees but Airosurf simply lacks the power needed to run our computers, tv, cell phones, etc. And it makes little difference whether you pay the base price or the higher price - it all labors like a slow workhorse. What would help is choice among providers but there is no choice of coverage for Harrah area. We are in hopes that the $1.6 million that the State is appropriating for enhanced internet coverage will help but we seriously doubt that since we are part of OK County which includes OK City so everyone will wrongfully assume that we have excellent coverage.

An amazing company with excellent customer service! Suddenly in mid-May we were having internet issues & the guys at Airosurf came out on several occasions to troubleshoot & did not stop until it was resolved. We work from home so it’s crucial to have good internet & Airosurf is that for us!

We had Airosurf for nearly 10 years, in Arcadia, Oklahoma. For the most part, their internet service worked. It was slow and not super reliable, but we lived in the country and Airosurf was our only "non satellite" option. But then we started having real problems. Every day at 6 pm (on the dot, like clockwork), our internet speed crashed to almost nothing. We could not even watch streaming service on one television -- everything else was unplugged. It's like someone flipped a switch at 6 pm every day and turned off our internet. So we called to ask for assistance. What followed was 2 months of extreme frustration with respect to Airosurf's poor customer service -- and 2 months of no internet or television after 6 pm.The front office lady was nice, but couldn't really help us. She would send us to the tech people who actually seemed to be angry -- Airosurf techs would say everything looked fine on their end, and it must be something in my house that caused the problem. They literally said it wasn't their problem and I was the cause, and I needed to fix the problem myself!Holding an electrical engineering degree myself, I troubleshot the problem, looking for any transmissions violating the FCC that could interfere with my wireless internet. I added chokes to everything. I unplugged everything. I went as far as unplugging my home alarm system to verify nothing in my house was causing the problem -- Airosurf continued to be angry, unhelpful, and dismissive. They just didn't care. After about 2 months of my internet shutting down at 6 pm (not coming back until sometime around 2 am), they sent a tech out to my house and said they moved my connection to a different tower. It seems Airosurf was in the process of upgrading their system and they had too many customers on a single tower. When everyone came home from work and turned on their TV at 6 pm, it overloaded the system and nobody got internet services. After that, our internet service was somewhat "normal", though it continued to be slow and not super reliable.A few months later, we started seeing other short internet outages that always happened at the same time every day. These outages were only 10 minutes or so long, so we just accepted it and didn't ask for any more "dismissive help" from Airosurf.Airosurf likes to tell people they are a small family owned company, and therefore customers should give Airosurf a break and accept their poor quality service. I firmly believe the problem with Airosurf is the NEPOTISM -- I think the entire company is made up of family members who got their job because they are family (not because they hold an engineering degree or have any idea what they are actually doing). Since they are family, they have no fear of losing their job, so they just do not care. This is a real problem! When we were offered much faster, much more reliable, fiber optic internet service for LESS MONEY than Airosurf, we jumped at the opportunity. When we called Airosurf to cancel, they didn't even ask why. They said they would later make a decision about picking up their equipment (modem and antenna on my roof), but they never called back or came to pick up their equipment. Just bizarre people at a bizarre company.I do not recommend Airosurf.

Amazing company. My father has used their service for years and never had an issue til recently. I scheduled his service appointment with ease and they came and replaced some equipment and upgraded it all at no cost. Service technician was polite and professional. I have now decided to switch.

We have only had service for 4 hours, but its been wonderful. We are 50 down and 8 up and its exactly as advertised. Latency is less than 15ms.Installation note. Our installation was far from a normal installation. We installed a 40' tower at the top of our hill and then sent a wireless link from the tower to our house. The installers were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Just from an installation stand point, I highly recommend Airosurf.Service. I will leave a review after some time has elapsed, but its great so far!

Miserable connection speeds with terrible reliability

I’ve never been able to have the internet hold for longer than a day. I’ve had multiple exams for classes fail because our internet dropped out of nowhere, and any online game I play can barely even run due to the internet speed. I call people out to our house on average at least twice a month to “fix” the satellite dish. It works fine for a couple days and then goes back to barely even functioning. I get better service with my hot spot on my phone than this companies speed half the time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please use another company for your internet. It may be a little bit more expensive but it overall will actually get what you are paying for.

My husband and I were searching for internet service for a home we purchased in a rural area and were about to give up. Some of the internet rural services charge outrageous prices! Airosurf went over and beyond to install internet service and for a good price. We are extremely pleased and they provided the absolute best customer service. We highly recommend them.

Sadly zero stars wasn't an option. This is the worst experience I have had with any company and the first negative review that I have ever written. I used to call almost weekly about the internet not working, but the response was always that it looks good on their end. A couple of times I was told that my equipment was really old and needs to be replaced and someone would call me the next day about getting that done. The next day someone would call and say that they "tweaked" something on their end and it should be fine now. The speeds were awful, but that didn't even bother me because I'm not a gamer and stream very little. Upload and download speeds top out around 4. Just wanted the internet to work and unfortunately it doesn't. We have reset the internet so many times that we have had to purchase new ethernet cables three times in the last two years. Techs have come to the house at least twice a year for the last 4 years and never have they got on the roof to look at the dish or even tried to fix/replace anything. Their calls last less than 15 minutes and the $99 service charge bill arrives before they are out of the driveway. Several months ago we finally upgraded our cell phone plan and now just use those as hot spots and haven't had any problems. Would never recommend Airosurf and hope no one else gets ripped off by this company.

Overpriced for the service, can't really ever get a reliable connection unless it's clear with no wind and even then it struggles.

Not the best speeds, pretty slow compared to broadband. But when it's this service or satellite, this service is better hands down. They also have pretty good tech support. Some of the techs try to get out of fixing your stuff, but good thing is this is a small enough company that you can speak to another tech that may know more.
