Sean is the greatest alway present and helpful makes it super easy to pay my bill over the phone this place has great security have been with them on and off for 2years and never heard of anything getting broke into love them

Sean Neely, the onsite manager at American Self Storage, goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests in every way he can. He makes this place a great choice when considering where to rent a unit. Having him onsite puts my mind at ease knowing it is him that is watching over my units.

I have had a unit here for 20 years and the service currently, by Sean specifically, has been outstanding. The door to my unit came off the track a few months ago and as soon as he was aware of the issue, Sean was communicating almost daily until repairs were complete and I felt like my belongings actually mattered to him. Bravo, Sean. Excellent work, sir!

We were with another storage company in Edmond,Ok and received horrible customer along with continuous rate hikes. We switched to American Storage and have absolutely loved working with Sean and his team. We highly recommend American Storage in Edmond OK.

This location is stellar. Transactions are always seamless, business runs smooth, and the price is exactly as provided. The property manager Sean is truly the experience for this location. Needing a storage unit can feel stressful and inconvenient at times but, Sean makes the process a little more bearable. He’s professional yet still personable and will stand on every letter of his word! I Recommend and would use them again as long as he’s there!

Sean was awesome to work with when dropping off the U-Haul truck we rented to move back home from out of state. He was very friendly and courteous. If they had climate controlled storage, I would absolutely rent from this business!

Is there a no star at all?? Smh. If you want your loving belongings sold with only an email then pick this storage. I don't even think the cameras work and if you notice they are on one row only. This place is a joke. They didn't send mail, or call. Sent an email and then sold my belongings while I was out of town, in which I told Sean before I left and gave him another number. He looked at me like huh I don't remember. Nope. SOLD. Unforgivable.

My unit was paid last week....I visited today and there was still a company lock on my unit. They guy REFUSED to look at the account and unlock it. This is an illegal overlook. I will be following up with any legal action possible.
