They don't stay open on Saturdays. I went at 11 and they were closed. Most of the time, the atm is broken, also. The staff is kind, but the business needs work

Would give Lance in the Arvest corporate wire transfer department is not able to get wire transfers accomplished. This is the worst bank to do business for corporations that send wire transfers! Stay away. But this Edmond branch is fantastic. Corp is not like doing business with Bank of OK or any other local Oklahoma business bank!

I just moved here from Houston and needed a bank account! I went to a few different banks however Miss Elisha the Relationship Banker here is the reason why I chose Arvest and because they just seemed more credible and organized!! Highly recommend!

Changed my last name twice at this location back in July. I was given a new card, but the name was not updated on my business account, so I came back and updated the documents for that account. I needed statements for a mortgage today, and the statements are still in the old last name. Called and found out that the branch didn’t update my name at all. I am running around with a debit card that does not match my account and they are letting transactions go through. That’s a serious risk! I can’t verify my identify because they don’t have my ID on file! Moving my accounts to Chase today.

Tonight after work, tried to deposit cash. Placed the sum at the ATM ,where the system blocked and didn't process the money or return the money. No customer support available and hoping to receive my money back. Shame that this location has such old operating ATM and no 24h. support agents.

Penalized for following banking procedures set in place by Arvest Bank. Follow the rules... but not really. If you do they will punish you.Unbelievable!

I needed to replace a debit card so I went to a different Arvest location with the lobby open and he sent me to this location because they have a card machine that would print one right there. The lobby was closed so I go to the business lane in the back and waited 20-25 minutes and a lady comes out to tell me to pull into another lane for assistance but when I tell her why I’m there she tells me that the card machine just broke 15 minutes ago but that I can go to another location to get one that also has a card machine. We also asked if they had any waters which would have been nice but no waters either. I understand things do happen but I don’t think it was a coincidence. A nice complimentary item (like waters) would have made my experience better and I wouldn’t be writing this review... but come on Arvest you can do better.

I’m closing all of my accounts next week, and I’ve already opened accounts somewhere else. Your PPP department is a joke and they literally cost me $21,000 due to their negligence. They almost ended up costing me almost $42,000. I’m going to consult with my attorney about it. For almost 3 years now, your ATM does not work. Waited in line to deposit a check today and once again the ATM does not accept checks. Once I get home, the mobile deposit doesn’t accept my checks either (as usual). This branch closes before 4:00 now, and then I find out they’re now closed on Saturdays. This bank is not set up for business customers. Can’t wait to close my accounts, just waiting for some transactions to post and I’m done. I will expect any fees due to not accepting my deposits reimbursed to me.

I made a deposit a few days ago. Not exactly sure about the total which is a lesson learned. The teller assured me more than once the total was correct because the machine counts the money however a day later money was removed from my account in error. No call, no email , no notification period! How can my receipt reflect one thing and my deposit shows another! I only bank here because it is convenient and have been with this bank for a long time. Looking at all of the ratings now it is terrible! I think it is time to move somewhere where the communication is better honesty and loyalty. Always count your money and trust no one!
