Not normally a fan of coming into a phone store, almost ever, but my experience here with Shane K. was top notch and I recommend others that are shopping for phones to ask for or schedule with Shane so they can ensure a fulfilling experience, like I had. I had the misfortune of dealing with Verizon too long and was considering making the switch to AT&T, and I brought a LOT of questions. Shane was very down-to-earth, honest about all of the plans and the phones I was looking at, and was very transparent so that I wouldn't go after any plans or services that I didn't need. I never felt rushed or marketed. When there were specific aspects of my relationship with AT&T that Shane couldn't address immediately in-store, he was able to network me to other AT&T colleagues to get me taken care of, as well.
Thanks to Shane, AT&T earned a customer and I will gladly continue to take my business here. Hopefully AT&T takes care of this guy, because there aren't many left in customer service with his level of character.

After a frustrating experience, trying to get our internet installed and having my cell service abruptly cut off during a failed porting attempt over the phone I walked into the store, completely fed up, no internet, No cell service, no clear answers period. Shane turned the experience around. He was calm, professional and genuinely kind. He listened patiently took full ownership of the issue, did not make a single excuse. He resolved my phone issue, but also was able to assist with getting fiber internet set up. In a world where great customer service is becoming increasingly rare shane stands out as an exceptional example of what it should look like. Thank you, shane you turned a nightmare into a solution and i'm truly grateful.

My husband I needed new phones but had been putting it off bc who wants to go spend all day at the AT&T store? Finally made it to this location, and had an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Shane was awesome, probably the best AT&T associate we've ever worked with. Super chill, helpful, knowledgeable. They had the phones we wanted in stock and it only took 30-45 min. Thank you!!

Trayvon was a life saver. Had issues backing up the ICloud to transfer to a new phone. Went to AT&T on 2nd Street and Trayvon instantly helped me out and got the issue resolved in little time. Cool dude and enjoyable to converse with as well.

Only gave 1 star because I can’t give 0. Initial I got okay service but the lauren the Manager didn’t not give a flying flip about nothing in the store even after the employee asked for help, we came to get internet and we set everything up about 10 times and every time we went to pay something went wrong and we we charged $100.00 every single time and we still did not get internet, after all of that we were just told to go somewhere else bc they don’t know what else to do. Thank you and won’t be back!

Trey is awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. He is not just another sales representative trying to get push you into a new phone. We were in a frustrating situation with a new phone and he resolved the situation very quickly professionally.
