I had a smooth experience coming in to upgrade my phone. Zachary was awesome to work with…I didn’t even wait a moment. He got all of my data transferred to the new phone, and helped me decide on accessories. The only thing I didn’t love so much was a fairly limited supply of options for cases. There was really only one that was pretty, a clear one with glitter. Overall, a very good experience!

Mostly the manager is unbearable. He called the police on me because he didn’t want to do his job. It worked out though, once I called someone over him I got $300 in credit for my inconvenience and got to file a formal complaint. 0/10 store 10/10 free stuff because some kid couldn’t swallow his pride.

I had 3 at&t tell me the location where to get my phone fixed. The location was not correct!. Wasted my time and money for gas.

I went in to AT&T store on 33rd with questions about my IPHONE 16. I was helped immediately and all my questions were answered. They also helped with a new screen protector for my phone. It’s a great place to go. They were knowledgeable and efficient.

Went in-store to trade-in my phone since there was a promotion. Before I did the trade-in, I told the rep Daniel C. that I did not want the “NextGen” monthly subscription added to the purchase. He said that’s fine and proceeded with the purchase. Then, at the very last minute, I asked again if the NextGen was removed and he said that it was added only a manager could remove it and they weren’t there. Very convenient that detail wasn’t mentioned earlier. Now I’ve wasted hours trying to get it removed trying to jump through all of their loopholes.
I understand these reps are pressured to make these sales and add these monthly charges to boost their numbers. But to do so by manipulating customers and conveniently leaving out details until right before you purchase, thereby pressuring the customer to just finish the purchase so they don’t have to come back again, is very scummy. Will not be giving any more of my business here

We googled the site on a whim and Jacob at the location helped us he was absolutely AMAZING was fast and efficient and we were on a time limit and he was done before our time limit was up!!!!!

Went into this store a couple weeks ago a couple times while at Audi trying to troubleshoot Apple CarPlay issues not connecting wirelessly, and having internet connectivity issues. After 2 Audi technicians were able to connect to my car, they said I should go over to the att store for some help with the issue. I am not tech savvy by any means. The gentleman that helped me got me into Apple support and stayed with me for more than an hour in my car while helping me navigate what Apple was instructing me to do. An hour later and the still stuck with the CarPlay issue the gentleman tried to connect to my car and guess what, his phone worked too. I am so grateful for this location and this specific person went above and beyond to try and help get the issue resolved. To this day, still fighting with Apple support to get this issue resolved, seems easy enough to see after 5 people can connect to my car, but I can’t there is something wrong with this 4 month old phone still under warranty. Hopefully Apple support will figure out this or provide a new phone. Thank you for your outstanding customer service at this location!

The store manager Bree was absolutely amazing! She helped make the process super smooth and was available after we left and ran into some issues. She explained everything very thoroughly. Her customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. If her boss reads this you should give her a raise! ?

Representative told me my monthly bill would be around 100 and it was a lie. They will false advertise to get you to buy the equipment and get you into a monthly plan payment. My bill ended up being 209. Naturally I called customer service and nobody helped me even when it was one of their employees who did the false advertisement they are just after your money. Manager said they would not waive anything at all they didn’t care. Beware!!

one of our family members is doing some bad deals on a relative's phone line ,and they helped us square it away.
They spent a lot of time helping us and we're very very courteous and knowledgeable. They are very much to be commended.
