Jacob was incredibly helpful in all aspects of phone shopping. He answered all my questions and even helped me fix an app on my phone that wasn't working. Great experience!

Had a phone catastrophe and had to add a new line to my plan on short notice. Went in to this At&t store and was quickly helped by Jacob, he got right down to business and had all my issues handled in about 30 min with a new phone line, brand new phone, and the best deal available too. Thank you Jacob, you made our day much easier!

I waited 39 minutes to be helped, which is fine except for the fact it was because an associate was chatting up about Australia, her kangaroo baby, snakes, elephants. Africa, monkeys and all Mann of wildlife while installing screen protectors...which took 39 minutes because she kept stopping to chat. She knew and could see a line of customers waiting and did not care. Her coworker helped 4 separate customers in the time she was still helping the first customer she was with when I walked in. It took 4 minutes for her coworker to help me. I feel terrible for him that he had to do all the work while his counterpart flirted and chatted.

The staff at the 33rd and Broadway store in Edmond were incredibly helpful. Jacob was our associate, and he solved all of our issues efficiently while do explaining himself along the way. We need more Jacobs in the world!

Worse customer service I’ve ever had was with the store on south Broadway. I’ve been with Att wireless, uverse and internet for over 20 years. Went to store for some assistance on how my email could have stopped working and the conversation went south fast. I was actually told to leave the store after I was rudly told that Att had nothing to do with my phone issue. Although they did try to log into my account until I was block out for a 24 hour period. Think you customer service person you help me make my decisions to drop Att wireless, uverse and internet. I will gladly never step foot back into a Att store.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. I walked in to buy a phone not a single person said hi people just looked at me and went about their business. They are no help so I took my business elsewhere and if I were you, I would do the same.

I needed help moving my iPhone service from one phone to another. Todd, the agent that helped me was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant to chat with, and was able to advise me on best way to work through the change. Great customer service here!!!

super amazing people! jacob helped us and was a super fast process. we switched my fiancés phone plan from version to at&t and he was super respectful and helpful. we passed 3 at&ts on the way to this one but it was worth the experience and patience.

The individual working in the store (only female in the store) on Saturday, July 15th at 5:40pm needs some serious 'off the job' conflict management from the store owner. When asked, she refused to give her name because she knew it was going to be used in a formal complaint. She has obviously never come close to having any type of Basic 101 customer service/conflict management training, etc.etc. She should never be allowed to enter that store again as an AT&T employee. It was quite obvious she did not want to address anything 15 minutes before it was time for her to close the store and leave for the day. She began IMMEDIATELY yelling, screaming and threatening me with multiple threats. When I responded and asked her to stop, she got louder and begin acting even more unprofessional and crazy like. It was completely fine in her opinion to yell and she obviously expected me, the customer to just stand there and take it. I begin laughing and she became even more child-like, loud, totally hostile and belligerent. She was following a script of how NOT TO DO HER JOB at closing time, blame the customer for the problem then attempt to finish it with her multiple threats. Fact-read ALL of the very negative reviews of HER at this exact store at 3248 S. Broadway, Edmond, OK (405-330-3663). This happens constantly with her (see reviews) yet she still 'attempts' to work here. She is definitely running off long-long time customers from AT&T and this Edmond, OK store and she ran off one more today, July 15th, 2023. It's VERY obvious it is NOT the customers who are fault; REF: Numerous negative reviews and complaints on multiple websites of her. This employee needs to be sent out the door for for repeated violations of AT&T's code of business conduct, including another case today. Hopefully, she will have an opportunity to read this review (multiple times). 20 year AT&T Customer

Everything was so easy!I haven't updated my phone in years, so I was kind of blindsided by options. Bree made everything super easy to understand, and even helped me out when I got confused about what features were available on the new phone.Wonderful service.

Bree, was so helpful when we went to renew our phones. A lot of times going to a phone store can be a negative experience. Bree was helpful and answered all of our questions. You could tell she really enjoyed her job which made us enjoy our experience.

Was in there today. A Karen came in screaming and being rude to the employees because they couldn’t log into another companies system. Shout out to them for having to put up with her, great seeing the cops deal with her.
