Review of Johnice's Exceptional Service
I had an outstanding experience with Johnice today, and I cannot express enough appreciation for her exceptional service. Upon my arrival, I was quite stressed and concerned about selecting the right phone for my needs, particularly regarding the cost. Johnice quickly identified the best solution for me and went above and beyond by informing me of various promotional items that I was unaware of and would not have thought to ask for.
Her determination in uncovering these promotions has solidified my loyalty to this store. Johnice was not only patient and instructive but also took the time to clarify all my questions, making the entire process enjoyable and straightforward.
Additionally, she noticed that I could significantly upgrade my household Wi-Fi for just an additional $5.00, which I eagerly took advantage of.
Overall, Johnice made my experience seamless and pleasant, showcasing her remarkable skills and dedication to customer service. The overall customer service in this store was beyond exceptional! Thank you for everything!

The customer service is terrible because of staffing, only one person working, some customers walked in and turned around and walked out because of wait time, store manager is terrible..

Location was not busy. Tech knowledgeable about product. Phone not in stock. Will have to wait 7+ days. Will deliver to hse. Will have to stay home to sign and accept phone. This is an inconvenience.

Blake H helped me. He changed my plan without telling me I would lose features on it. He just said you're on an old plan I'll put you on a new one and then did it. Then he added a new phone on the most expensive plan. I had to call into Att to get it fixed this morning. I still couldn't get my old plan back. I'm very dissatisfied!

The store was great. The manager was super helpful and very patient with my mother and I, but overall AT&T and be very careful and check your bill because they can tell you that they’re gonna give you a new phone or decrease your bill by half but really not until the first three quadruple bills end up in your mail and get taken off your credit card so I know you’re going to get a lot of information but go see these guys they are helpful and did it all in store for her.

Best experience! Please read to the end! I went into the AT&T store to cancel my service with them after being a 20 year customer due to a previous terrible experience at the store where I was forced to buy double protection on all my lines and told even after purchasing protection that my daughter’s phone could not be replaced for under $400. I was kept in the store for almost 5 hours as extra charges were added.
When I went to cancel my service, the employee Jayden did not argue or try to force me to keep AT&T. He listened to my issue, and began looking for ways to save me money. He identified the double coverage forced on me by the previous employee. He meticulously went through my plan and asked me about my preferences and explained what each thing meant. He identified several areas where I was paying for things I didn’t even realize I’d agreed to. He changed my account on the spot and saved me about $70/ of unnecessary charges. He was patient and knowledgeable. Arlena, another employee overheard the issue and as I explained an issue with my daughter’s iPad guided me through my protection plan. I was able to get a quick replacement. I had given up using my protection plan after my previous bad encounter.
The manager Ryan also came and helped and I was walked through options for cases and accessories I needed. No one tried to push expensive products on me, and they asked me about what I was using my devices for so they could help me find accessories that suited my needs.
In the end, I actually added an iPad line and purchased an iPad that I had been needing because of all the savings they helped me with and because they took the time to guide me through its features. When they learned what I used the iPad for, they suggested a reasonably priced one based on my needs and even did the math to help me make some decisions. They also apologized for the experience I had before. Needless to say I didn’t cancel. I would highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Jayden, Arlena or Ryan.

I came into the store because my bill was higher than it used to be. I was planning on switching my service to cox. However, the young man that worked with me was very patient and he was actually able to save me more money than I would have saved by switching to cox since I switched my Internet over and got the bundle discount. Thank you so much

I can never get a problem with my phone solved at the AT&T store, and honestly feel like they don’t care.
The few times I have gone in to ask for help, they tell me to go to assurion, or to the apple store… because there is nothing they can do. (without even trying anything)
The other two places told me to go back to AT&T…. and I still get no help.
So far, the apple store has atleast tried to run diagnostics, ask questions, etc….
but not AT&T.

Do not use this store. Go to the one on Second street, much better people. I purchased a Samsung flip from the Danforth location for my son. Only reason I did so is because they had a program running, trade in an iphone for $1,000 off making the phone free. They accepted our phone for trade and we were on our way. We were told we had coverage on the phone unless we cancelled it. Son is 18 so I decided to leave it. Approximately 4-5 months later the phone splits right down the middle on the fold. Take it back to the store only to find out we don't have coverage and the amount being billed I thought was for coverage was actually for the phone. We did not qualify for the program due to our plan. Since the store accepted the phone ATT said they owe us the credit but it's the store that has to do it. Over a month later and several visits they still haven't straightened things out. The manager has plain out lied and we are still waiting for a "Ticket" to be filled out and being told it takes time and be patient. This store is a joke and will rip you off if they can.

Very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, lying workers at this store. They ended up charging my account twice for the same order. We ended up going to the AT&T store on 2nd street much better

AT&T on Danforth in Edmond has been our store for about 13 years and Arlyna was so helpful to us.
