I first called the bank and a very friendly voice answered the phone, Holly. She gave me some good information. My lovely wife and I went in and opened a safety deposit box and an account. Kelly helped us secure a safety deposit box and open a savings account. Kelley was very professional very capable and kind. Sure appreciate the capable and knowledgeable people here.

I drove to this location, 20 minutes out of my way, because it was the only one open past 5. Went through the drive through to get cash and spoke with Holly. She was not only helpful, but rude and spoke to me in a condescending way. Please don’t waste your time here and go to literally any other Bancfirst. Every other location I’ve been to has been wonderful with kind and helpful staff.

Really had much success at this branch. I have gone there multiple times. I am not very hard to please and really keep it simple but they are friendly and are helpful.

Went in to pay down the remaining balance of a loan yesterday and asked specifically about the automatic monthly withdrawals. The woman assisting me (Assistant Branch Manager?) only mentioned that the monthly withdrawal had not gone through yet. Now I will have to wait ~1-2 weeks to receive a check in the mail for the amount I've overpaid because the auto withdrawal went through AFTER having written a check for the full remaining amount. I was never told this was going to occur nor was I given other payment options. While I should have pinned the teller to a more specific answer and not assumed anything for my own sake, a well-run bank should not allow its customers to stumble into these situations. I assumed that no warning from the teller meant I shouldn't be concerned. Fool me once, I guess. Thank goodness I don't need that $300 in the next couple of weeks!
