This Bank of America location on Bryant in Edmond has a major organizational and or leadership breakdown, of something of that nature.I feel bad for the team members.The environment is very heavy, and I can tell almost every employee is on edge, because as soon as you ask them a question, they reply with frustration, and sometimes with an attitude.I was standing in line for about 20 minutes, and I saw the same behavior with almost every customer that came in today.Even the security guard are sitting to the right of the front door this morning had a bad attitude. I smile, and I asked him politely if they had a restroom I could use before I make my deposit, but he didn’t reply to me the first time I asked him, he did reply the second time I ask him, he replied, with a really bad attitude “we do not have a public restrooms “.I hope someone read my comment, and at least do some research and take some action on what’s going on at this location, and mainly help the team, because they are drowning.

It irritates me when a person comes up and GREETS ME and asks what they can do for me? Then they direct me to the long line that has eight people in it. How about that greeter jumps behind one of those teller desks and REALLY helps customers?

Super slow and never fully staffed and even if they are the staff goes to the back to do nothing.

Impossible to get a hold of a real person when you call. When trying to get assistance for an elderly family member, it took multiple trips because we received a different story each time. They do not call you when they say they will.

Very disappointed in this bank. My daughter is a hard working college student. The family she works for paid her with a check from Bank of America and she took it to BOA to cash it. They charged her an $8 fee because she doesn’t have an account there. SHAME on you! Bank of America is FLEECING AMERICA!

One of American Banks customers owed me 700.00 and wrote me a out of town check that said Pay to Order of Neal Givens 700.00 After their customer sent me there and driving 50 miles to Edmond to cash it, then they asked me if I banked there,and I said no. Then they told me it was going to cost 8 dollars to cash the check, But the check said pay to the order of Neal Givens 700.00 not 692.00.What if my check was only 6 dollars would I owe them 2 dollars for cashing it? I could never bank there wouldn't feel right sending my employees in there to cash their checks just to be shorted on the money they earned. BAD CROOKED POLICY! They must not know what PAY TO THE ORDER OF means.(modern-day scam people. )

I made an appointment for 11am today to get some assistance on completing some paperwork they sent me. I got there about 5 minutes early and was back in my car at 11:02. I checked in with the teller and he asked me to take a seat. No problem. Then the woman I'm supposed to have my meeting with approaches me and rather than ask me into her office to have a conversation, she asks me why I'm there and has me pull out the paperwork while we're still in the lobby. A little unprofessional in my opinion but okay. When she reluctantly asks me into her office I tell her (again) I need help with the paperwork, she thumbs through it and says I did it correctly. I told her I just started it and didn't finish because I didn't want to do it incorrectly. I ask her to look again "are you sure it's completed correctly?". Again, she said it was and told me to go stand in line to have it notarized. She wanted me to go stand in a long line to go have a document that was blank except for my name and address on page 1 notarized. No notary is going to notarize that! I left. Awful customer service.

Been there several times tellers always nice and knowledgeable, clean and comfortable waiting area, I usually go on Saturdays so there is not much people.

Absolutely no customer service at this bank. They don't take phone calls and they closed their drivethru.. not open on a Saturday. Seems they are closing most atms as well

Jennifer at this location just said to me word for word “Yes, someone at a Bank of America messed up your account, but it wasn’t me so I’m not taking responsibility because it wasn’t me.” So, if she, on behalf of the bank cannot fix the problem, who can? And if we find out she is the one that locked the account, credit and ATM cards after our visit, we will be expecting repercussions. Being a premier customer does not come with any tangible benefits. Time to change banks.

I do not recommend this bank. No drive through, always a line inside at the teller, the smell, the stagnant environment. I kinda feel bad saying that because the people are nice, but each time I come in I think to myself "I hate this bank!" Today it took over 35 minutes waiting in line to simply deposit one check.

Every time I go to this Bank there is only 1 bank teller and a long line of people. I will never go back to this bank again . I will go to the bank at Penn & Memorial.

The location on Bryant does not have an atm outside nor a drive through and it doesn't open until 10am terrible service for those who work
