Please bank anywhere else but here. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and unwilling to even try to correct this. Glad we closed our accounts and moved to a local bank that provides outstanding customer service.

Guy at the microphone would not speak directly into the mic. The turn over rate at this place is ridiculous, as soon as you get to know the staff there is a whole new staff. If there was another Simon’s closer we would go to it but we’re stuck with this high turn over rate and impersonal service. Mind you we USED to get a personal service interaction before they took ALL of the staff we knew.

I am not a customer, but I was cashing a check from this bank. I was in the drive the and the 1st person who took my check and ID told me I had to come inside. I came in then she helped someone else and handed my stuff to someone else. That person got a call and had be standing their while dealing with another account. Once I said something she gave it to someone else who told me it would be a little bit because his was doing something else. I am still waiting and no one else is in the lobby but me. Even though I am not a customer this is not how you get them.

Great bank! Nice friendly caring people! Ya feel like you've come home as they greet you with your first name when you make transactions.

This bank has horrible customer service. They have placed wrong amounts into accounts, and they have pulled out incorrect amounts. They are not customer oriented. Even after closing accounts and resolving all issues with them I am still having problems with them
