Great alternative for purchasing vehicle batteries. This location has installed two batteries for two different BMW vehicles over the past 1-4 years. The purchase, installation and re-programming was done efficiently & professionally. Store personnel were very nice and helpful. You can wait at adjacent Starbucks or Chipotle.

Today was my first visit & manager & associate were friendly & helpful when l went by to pickup new Duracell. I had ordered replacement lawn mower battery online & believe it is best for quality & price I could find.

I’ve gotten burned several times buying Walmart batteries. Today I bought a battery from batteries plus because they sell top notch products. Truthfully, the customer service was very good as well. They answered a lot of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable.

My car was telling me my keys needed a new battery and I was dreading changing it myself, last time I nearly broke the fob. I went here and said I needed a new key battery, handed the key fob to the dude and he had it changed in about 10 seconds and told me a life time change was only 25 bucks. I went with that gladly. Service was quick and easy.

I walked into the store right at closing time and I asked a real quick question and then told him that I would come back in the morning.. he said that changing my battery for my FOB wasn't a problem. Not only did he change my battery.. he also took the time to explain the lifetime battery plan for only 35.00 and he signed me up! Excellent customer service!!

Stopped in looking for a rare coin battery, they were out of stock, however I was informed that they couldn't sell it directly, they were required to install it for $15.00 ) in addition to the battery cost.The vehicle key fob I need it for would take 15 seconds to replace the battery (I know, I've done it before). That works out too $1.00 per second of install time. This is ludicrous. Needless to say I left.Batteries Plus, please do better!!!
