“Was in town from Dallas visiting family. Didn't have any tools for my electric bike with me, so went to a local bike shop... they told me they didn't have 5 minutes to make adjustments, no worries... but they did have 5 minutes to try and sell me a new bike. Drove over to Phat Tire; asked if they could make some adjustments on my Totem.. Phat Tire staff were very pleasant, took care of the adjustment and in 5 minutes was on my way. Highly recommend this awesome company.”
