“Prescott went above and beyond! McKenzie is a LOVELY human being. She is bubbly and cute and a girls girl. I felt very comfortable working with her. I told her what I was looking for and the first dress she grabbed was exactly what I asked for. She put me in others that were equally as gorgeous but I couldn’t wait to get back in that first one. I said yes to the dress about 30 minutes into my appointment. Instead of rushing us out the door she said here’s some champagne. Feel free to sit and hang out as long as you’d like. She made us feel welcomed and valued as people. I can’t say enough nice things about them :)”

“I had an appt at 11am with Kim Friday, and she was fantastic! This was my first time having an appt at a wedding boutique, and they did not disappoint. Kim was helpful, respectful, not pushy, and the owner was popping in to see the dresses as well. They worked together and spent an incredible amount of energy on a day(and a half) that was stressful for me. Their communication was far clearer than other boutiques I experienced online, and after quickly trying out another shop in the area, I was brought to reality the classiness and attention to detail they have with their store, their inventory(an incredible amount of dress variety!!), their cleanliness, and their price ranges. They did not go over budget unless I asked them to pull something if it was similar but over the budget. I recommend booking during the week if you can pull it off - this shop will not disappoint! I drove right back to their shop the same day after a garbage bridal shop appt I had pre-booked and tried more dresses on, and was able to get a quick appt at 10am Sat to finally pick my dress out of my top choices at BellaRose.

They know what they are doing, the owner has excellent experience in assisting with questions about general alterations to help give the bride a more confident idea of what the dress would look like.

Side note: They had a lot of veil options, a couple shawls/bolero options(I hope they get more!!), some shoes, jewelry, misc, etc. This was a big deal as well when going to another shop.

They also have a great jewelry store, with some HIGH quality sourced gemstones. I have a custom ring, with specific color sapphires and the owner of the store knows what he is doing after chatting with him about his products! We might be utilizing them for our wedding bands as well after perusing his store(which is inside/attached the bridal shop).

Kim has a drive for helping others in this process and it shows! I tried on over 20 dresses and it was like pulling teeth to narrow it down to 5 dresses, let alone one dress! Which is why it took another appt to make a decision because the options were so good! Thank you to Kim and her kindness, along with the owner in really helping me find the right one. My mother was also incredibly happy with the customer service and Kim worked so well with my family. ❤

“I stopped here on my dress journey and it was an absolute amazing experience. I was helped first by a sweet smaller blonde lady and she was so kind and welcoming even though I ran a bit late. They truly pulled out all the dresses for me as I was pretty unsure on my style walking in. There was another young lady that I believe her name was Ashlyn that also helped. They were both so kind and truly made me feel comfortable as I tried on all the dresses. I did get overheated and they were quick to bring me water and let me sit for a moment even though we were near the end of my appointment. I went back for a favorites appointment and was helped by Ashlyn and a darker haired lady who was also just so so sweet. Their dress selection is absolutely stunning and they have so many with pockets! I highly recommend anyone looking to go dress shopping to stop in here. Even if you don’t find your dress here, the experience is one you can’t beat.
