I have never really loved making phone calls, especially when it comes to anything important …like insurance. But Jordan (I hope that was her name) was so helpful and kind and actually seemed to care about things I said. Even if you didn’t care, Jordan, I believed you did!!! You made my day that much better after a rough one. Thank you for your help and I will always recommend!

Since day 1, everyone at Bronson Schubert State Farm has been kind, professional, and interested in helping me purchase the right insurance for my family's needs. Today, I had some questions, and I spoke with Jordan, who seemed genuinely interested in my family and how to best serve us. She went above and beyond for me today, and honestly she's kind of ruined it for the other insurance guys, because now the bar is set really high! I'm very happy I chose State Farm, and this specific agency!
