They don't actually have a paint booth, so your paint is gonna be filled with dirt they also don't wet sand after they lay a clear coat that they are spraying way to hot. Orange peel is the "industry standard" to them. When i asked them about it, the manager told me it was completely normal and started being very rude when I told them it wasn't normal. and when they took my passenger side mirror off to fix my door, they put the wiring in the wrong channel so my window wouldn't roll all the way down, it broke the wiring. do not use gerber they are the worst body shop you could go with. The photos I added aren't blury thats how bad the paint is!

Our whole experience was wonderful!! The receptionist (I can't remember her name) was so friendly and helpful! Our estimator Angel was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely helpful, he kept us informed along the way, AND they finished the job almost an entire week early!!!!! All around it was just an amazing experience!!!! My vehicle looks phenomenal and just as good if not better than it did before we were rear ended. 10/10!!!! Highly recommend them!!!

The receptionist was helpful, friendly and professional. Angel was wonderful to work with. He explained the repair process, marked all the areas of concern, marked all areas present that were not a part of the accident, prepared an estimate and time schedule, and followed up to make sure all my questions were addressed. He gave me a target date (which they beat by a week) and left nothing to chance. Amazing!

Outstanding customer service and they did a great job on fixing the front bumper on my car. I appreciated being contacted several times to let me know the status of my repairs. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision!!

Have never wrote a bad review anywhere. But the quality of work was too low.Girlfriend crashed Altima in the front end, needed new headlights, ac fixed, fender, and bumper. Insurance paid for it all, I rebuild salvage title cars and own a dealership but we’ve been so busy I figured this would’ve been the easiest route.Bumper was not blended or even remotely the same shade. It’s 2023 we’ve been using camera matching for years.Headlights aimed sky highA/C was quoted to be fixed, it used to work before they messed with it just didn’t blow hard now it doesn’t work at all.When she picked it up the car barely drove once she got down the road. when they added coolant to it they didn’t bleed the air out of the system so she had to drive all the way back with a car that barely could drive.If this was a local body shop I would’ve just taken the hit but with a body shop as big as Gerber it’s insane that something this low quality can be put out. These folks do great work with a smile. I cannot say enough good things. They communicate effectively with kindness, they do fantastic work and they're just really easy to deal with. They made the entire process very simple for me as the customer.

I've never had to make an apmt to get a repair quote, especially 2 weeks out. Wasn't able to make the apmt and didn't reschedule because of that.

There's never a good time for a wreck, no matter the size. I managed to almost pull my front bumper off two days before Christmas. I called around to multiple places to see if someone could do something to fix my car as I had to drive back to Dallas in a couple days. Although they were closing early for the holiday weekend, Gerber allowed me to bring my car up there. The staff was so welcoming and kind and the gentleman that fixed my car was so sweet! This guy was outside in the 6 degree weather and fixed it within 10-15 minutes. Thank you so much Gerber, you guys literally saved Christmas for me! :)

I used them through an insurance claim, which to be honest made me really nervous! But they were honestly the most easy going and helpful team. Even when my reservation was misplaced for a brief moment(they had been purchased and were going through a transition), the woman on the phone made me feel as though she was going to figure out a way to make sure I was going to be taken care of and she did! The guys on staff were also informative and made me feel at ease that my car would be in good hands. I got it back and it looks good as new! 10/10 would recommend!

I was rear ended in November, my insurance suggested Collision Works, now Gerber, as an option for repairs. It took until January to get my car back, but that was expected with delays in shipping and parts due to the pandemic.What was NOT expected was to pick my car up with very serious battery damage. A month before the accident, I had a total wellness check from the dealership that showed my battery in excellent condition. When I took the car back after the accident 2 months later, it stalled when starting and completely died the next day.Before leaving the Shop, I asked an employee, Dana, what I need to do to get my battery fixed, as I didn’t leave it in that condition and was not going to leave with it like that. Dana told me to drive it around and if it still would stall, the shop would fix it. Well, I couldn’t get back to the shop because it completely died the next morning. $178 later, I bought a new battery and called the shop.Manager Juan Vargas assured me that I would be reimbursed for my battery. Remember- this is in January. I emailed pictures of my receipt for the battery AND the battery check from the dealership showing excellent condition prior to the accident.Now, it is April, 3 months later and after calling regularly, I have still not reviewed reimbursement for my battery. Each time I call, I am told “corporate is working on it” and that they would call me back with updates (they never do). I am very disappointed that the body shop let my battery deteriorate into such condition, but even more disappointed in their customer service that makes promises they can’t seem to keep, strings me along, and doesn’t call back when they say they willService: Body & Trim
