Ted and Janette were great. Exceeded my expectations and were wonderful to work with. As a new home buyer, I had numerous questions and called regularly. Each time I called I was met with friendly, professional, experienced help. I will definitely use Certainty Home Loans again and I will refer friends for sure.

Top Notch!! Ted Clay and Janette Johnson are a valuable team!! I highly recommend them! They have assisted me with many mortgage loans from investment to referring other clients! Kyle Crouch was our lender agent and he is great, a real pro. He did everything it took and made it easy from start to finish. The hours put in are very impressive. Highly recommend!
