I love this bank. The people are great. They spend the time to explore things to u if u have a question about your banking needs they've been great so far...much better than citizens bank in Edmond...!

Wouldn't pay me the $500 bonus after I deposited the required amount and their employee setup the direct deposit wrong. Rip off. Don't trust them with your money.

Check deposit has 15 day hold. Called and they told me nothing can be done. I'm a small business and we live paycheck to paycheck since we've only been going for two years and it's hard to keep running with a pinch like this

Do not go through drive through, if you r pulling any kind of trailer, any largetarge truck for that matter.We were pulling an UHaul trailer, thank goodness my husband was able to back it out on 3 tight corners.Hope they fix that soon.

The manager Mary was extremely disrespectful to me when I came in. I will not be returning to this location ever again. The way that I felt discriminated by her was really disappointing. You don’t treat your customers the way she did. It’s unprofessional.

I wish if there was a Zero - star to rate this place, in my first visit to this place I've wast about 20 minuets in the line trying to open bank account and to transfer money, the tiller told me to comeback after 30 minuets waiting for more staff to return from their lunch, and so I did, and after another 30 minuets in the line they asked me to comeback tomorrow.

This is still burning my brain and after a few weeks it's still nagging at me.We normally only use this bank for the drive-through ATM. Then Chase decides to build the new structure while leaving exposed the torn off roof section to cover the repositioned ATM after moving it closer to the existing building.There were literally pieces of jagged ripped off structure hanging over the right hand side of the drive-through.Is it a coincidence that we got a screw in the front right and a nail in the rear passenger tires the last day we drove through there? Never in 60+ years has that "coincidence" ever randomly happened to ANYONE I know.This occured literally the day we drove through that ATM to do business.Both tires had to be replaced. Tires were 1yr old with 6k miles on them - very little wear. Ends up costing us $500 to have Chase handle our money through their ATM.Now they have a stockade fence up - too little too late. Guess we weren't the only victims of their short-sighted management.

Here on August 2, 2022, at 9:15a.....one teller, one atm working. No one works here. Been long time chase customer love em..... till now. Oh yeah peeps are here so their staff walking around.
