Pathetic I just went to open a new account at 1230 pm at Saturday and even the personal banker was sitting idle but teller said I have to go back with appointment since they Have little time even it was 30 mins out to beach close. I am with chase since 2007 and I feel like changing my whole portfolio with Arvest.
Z level service and unrepairable damage.

Outside ATM constantly out of order. This has been going on for months and months. This is a BIG inconvenience plus force me to use competitors ATMs and paying fees to them and to Chase! I think after 20 years it’s time to switch to a different bank.

This place operates insanely slow. Every time I make a deposit there is some kind of clerical error. Staff is insanely rude when they provide service and rather argue than provide a quality service

Josh is not courteous at all and does not care about customer satisfaction. They promised to waive the fee for the temporary checks, and they lied to me. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Wait times to get to a teller can be long and usually there is only one. It's like we are invisible to the other people who work there. They need to do better with customer service.
