ChildTime / Bryant of N. Edmond has been instrumental in the social development & school readiness of my child.
Ms. Kim & her team of teachers work tirelessly to ensure the safety, well-being, and education of the children entrusted to their care on a daily basis.
10 out of 10, would recommend!

When picking my daughter up from this facility on Tuesday, January 16th, I witnessed my daughter being punished for typical 3-year old behavior by means of public shaming. She had spread soap across the counter while washing her hands and, as a consequence, the responsible staff member forced her to sit in a room separate from her peers where no other children were present. When I walked in and saw her, she was in a state that I have never seen her in - visibly fearful/distressed and crying. She expressed to me that her hands were hurting, and when I looked at them, they were dry with raised red patches surrounded by raised red dots - symptomatic of contact dermatitis. She interacted with me in a way I’ve never experienced from her before and from what I know of my daughter, it was evident that the impact that this incident had on her was significant. When I brought her to school on Wednesday, she expressed to me that she wanted me to stay at school with her. When I brought her to school on Friday, she didn’t want to stay at school. I tried to comfort her and encouraged her to sit with her friends, hoping that she would perk up into her typical bubbly, social butterfly energy, but that wasn’t the case. She has very rarely exhibited this behavior upon drop off to school.Under no circumstance is shaming an appropriate form of discipline, regardless of age. I had witnessed the same staff member responsible for this incident shame and isolate school aged children as a form of discipline before this incident, but was comfortable keeping our daughter enrolled at that time since that staff member was not directly responsible for her at the time.My husband and I placed our trust in their staff to teach, care for, and most importantly, provide a safe environment for our child, as they promised to do upon our daughter’s enrollment, and this incident proves to us that:1. trusting the staff of this facility was a mistake, and2. the right next step for our daughter’s safety is to find a new daycare facility for her to attend.

sad to say this place was safe and no longer a safe space for my child Alyssa Lynn Cipponeri threatened my child and I at a 7/11 she worked at and now works at this daycare! Her back ground is violent and etc just look it up! the director KIM did absolutely nothing about my concerns and when I slammed the daycare door she chased me out the building with the audacity to tell me to not act that way! In my opinion I should have done more!! DO NOT take your child here if you care about his/her safety! The director DOESNT CARE! NEGATIVE REVIEW! Embarrassing now the director has nothing to say! VERY VERY SKETCHY!!! Will be telling DHS!!!

My 2 year old was there for a month. Everything was going good until last Friday without a warning or a phone call to help calm my son that was upset. I was told that he can not come back. Very disappointed in the leak of Communication

Out of ratio in the classrooms and they don't know how to handle normal childhood issues when they arise with children. High turn over in the short time we were there and they blame the children for reacting to THEIR chaos! This program needs professional development!!
