Had two vehicles go in for different reasons. Overall great customer service! Had follow up calls making sure everything was good. Zach and Jesse did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. I believe they are trying to change the stigma of bad auto shops and genuinely care about customers. Greatly appreciated!

It’s not often you can take your car in for work and have the turnaround time communicated accurately but Christian brothers does it! They are super on top of it and also so kind to offer the free shuttle to help with the logistics of having service work done. 10/10 will be back! Thank you!

Highly recommend Christian Brothers for automotive repairs. The staff was friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair and also recommended other repairs that should be addressed.

Second time now that my dad tells me how he brings in his 2007 CTS, spends over $5,000, and his primary concern is not resolved.
Please tell me how a seaping power steering hose will cause a skid control issue? What about the worn tires that were not addressed?
I told him to bring it to a different shop or take it back for misdiagnosis.
Wish he would call me to consult FIRST and not after being taken advantage of.
Don't trust these guys, try a different location...

They put on 3 tire pressure sensors and repaired an open thermostat. They kept me updated on when they got the parts,when they in for the work. Very professional. Pleased with them.

I will never bring my car to this business and you shouldn’t either. Through the inspection process we asked for the mechanic to look at our transmission which was working fine but occasionally finding the wrong gear. They reported that the transmission was low on fluid and that they corrected this problem. Immediately, after leaving the repair shop, our transmission overheated, caused by too much transmission fluid being added. The over heating event caused the fluid to burn and clog the transmission cooler. They have refused to take responsibility for this mistake which led to costly repairs. This was a direct result of misdiagnosis of the original problem. I explained that the transmission was working fine before we left the car with them but they refuse to take responsibility. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
We used the Christian brothers at the Santa Fe and Danforth location.

Thank you for all the staff working on my Envoy, I was able to get in within a day and a half, by am the problem was found. Part ordered and problem fixed, this is the way I like it They sent updated texts, as well as a phone call to inform of problem and cost. Vehicle is left clean , I liked that.This location is convenient for me , I can always walk after dropping off and going to pick up. Thank you, Donna

I had a electrical issue for my car and the technicians analyzed it and fixed it. Everything was done in a timely manner. I had no transportation and they took me home and picked me up when the car was done. I recommend this business to have your vehicle worked on. Thankyou you for helping me.

Saved a bunch of money coming here instead of the dealership. Honda told me my splashguard needed to be replaced and quoted several hundred dollars for repair. These guys easily foxed my current splashguard and saved me so much money. They charged fair price for other work I needed done. They were friendly and had professional adults working the front counter.
