I greatly appreciated that they took me in as a walk-in. The language barrier was a little difficult but we were able to navigate things. I got a feench mani and pedi which were not too bad. Overall, I am happy with the quality and work. They took care of me and I am thankful for them.

I never really share about my experiences, but I felt someone should know before they go. I went in yesterday around 2:00. When I walked in, John got up from his nap on the couch and put his shoes on. The service started as normal. He wrapped my gel polish fingers to sit while I was getting my pedicure. I opted for the more expensive pedicure vs their cheapest option, thinking I was going to get a great experience. I have a toenail that has been injured and doesn't grow correctly. It just looks funny without polish. Other than that you would never know. When John got to that toe for some reason he cut a chunk of the middle. Then he asked if I wanted him to cut it all the way off leaving me with half a toenail. Um... no... I told him maybe try filling it. He did and it came out okay. It doesn't look perfect, but he did his best. However once he did that he went and got his timer and put lotion on me. He did not massage. It was almost nauseating how gently he was putting it on. He wasn't even trying to get it on me. He was looking out the windows and kept wiping the lotion off his hands and having a conversation with someone on the phone that had called for one of the other girls. While he was filing my calluses he cut my foot. That he was the opposite of gentle with. When we got to my fingers I noticed he didn't remove my cuticles or have me wash my hands. It was just an odd experience. I had to pay extra for the dip powder he used to fix the hole he had cut in my toenail. I gave him a $10 tip because I typically, but I honestly don't think I've ever had a worse pedicure and wasted my $. I feel like I need to go have a redo somewhere else today, but as a busy mom with a set budget that can't happen. He told me he works for his wife. From 1 wife to another you need to know that he is not an asset for your company.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! My artist was so thorough with my nails, where others would’ve let the gel pile up in spots and get uneven she went in and filed it down to make sure everything was even. They’re very reasonably priced and so sweet!

I really don’t want to sound like a Karen but my experience was just not the best. I come here quite frequently and have never had any issues. Today there was someone I personally had never seen before and was misquoted a couple times. Usually wouldn’t be an issue but $15 dollars more than what I was anticipating ,as a student, isn’t the best. then they had asked me to answer phones for them since the only other person is fluent in Spanish which was completely fine but now im working for free and being up charged last minute wasn’t the greatest.

Went to Cloud 9 for the first time today. I got a pedicure. The girl that performed the pedicure was very young and indifferent. I told her I get an ingrown toenail on one of my nails. That was ignored. Her effort to remove calluses was the least effort I have ever experienced. My heels feel rougher than when I got there, honestly. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed. I called ahead and made an appointment at 4:30. they had told me to just come in but when I got there (4:15 to be early) the lady played dumb and acted like she had no clue. If I could give it zero stars I would. Waste of time

I got my nails done by Liliana today and they look so pretty! She was very detailed in her work. I will definitely be back and booking with her. She speaks Spanish as well.
