I just want to say that Liam's one of your best sales guys. I usually will not come in here unless he's here so, if I could give him more than 5 stars I would, but since that's all I can give him, he's got that he's good, dude, he's very polite and you need more guys like him, thank you.

Tearable it was so bad that I immediately left and went to Verizon where they were so much more helpful if I could give them a negative but I can't I at least have to put 1 star to post this so that star please know that you really didn't deserve that

Highly recommended going to this cricket for any and all of your phone needs! Shout out to Makayla! She was very quick at helping me switch to my new phone and was in and out of there in 10-15 minutes.

The only reason I like coming to this store is because the associate Makayla is such a delight to talk to and she is such a big help with any questions I have. She definitely needs a raise or a promotion

My ancient phone had problems and I was sure I was looking at the replacement I've been putting off. The incredible GLADIS solved the problem in less than three minutes! This is the second time the knowledgible, skilled and customer oriented folks at this location have helped me out. Can't say enough good things about them and I WILL be replacing my phone soon. Thanks so much!

My admittedly ancient phone was posting a message I didn't understand and wasn't allowing phone calls. Convinced I was looking at a replacement I'd been putting off I took it in for the pros to check out. The amazing GLADIS had it fixed within three minutes at no charge! This is the second time these good folks have helped me out and I can't say enough good things about them. Very Customer Service oriented which is water in the desert these days. I'll be back very soon to finally replace my phone--promise!
