Cross Timbers has been the best storage unit company we have used in Edmond. Their location is so clean and updated, the location is convenient, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent service all-around.

Cross Timbers Self Storage is conveniently located near I 35 in off the Covell exit. The staff is very easy to deal with and payment is simple. The storage units are easily accessible. The property is well lit and very secure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the area.

We have been very happy with Cross Timbers Self Storage! We've rented 3 different units during our out of state move. We're down to one now. Our move has been a long process, but Cross Timbers has been WONDERFUL! It's clean, secure, and the customer service is excellent. Tabitha, thank you for making our transitions SO EASY! Tabitha was wonderful, it was refreshing to actually have customer service in person. She listened and helped me with my needs and the storage office and buildings are very clean and well organized for entering/exiting. I was pleased that they are priced fairly and committed to maintaining such vs some places that get you in and then raise fee’s. Thank you to the owner and Tabitha for caring about running a A++ business and partnership for the public.Mike

Although this place is new and clean, their bait and switch tactics are deplorable. They offered a 10% discount on multiple units "as long as you have them". But, after moving my things into the units, they removed the discounts from all units. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
