Awful! Simply awful!!! It is a shame that after more than 20 years I must take my/my partner's prescriptions elsewhere to be filled. There are constant tech turnovers and they haven't any basic knowledge in order to assist their customers.

I was in line at the pharmacy to get my prescription and was next to be waited on. The guy told me they have to close for lunch and I'd have to come back later even though it was already filled, he just had to ring me out. That was so rude and completely unprofessional.

I called 3 times and was accused of being rude when THE WOMEN WORKING THERE were extremely hateful and rude...completely gaslighting me and acted like I was rude to them. Our child's medication is extremely hard to find. This pharmacy has a horrible rating for a reason. I couldn't understand why...but now I do! They are not compassionate but totally condescending if when I was practically begging in tears for the smallest act of kindness! Take your business elsewhere because this place doesn't care!!!!

They are the worst! I have to contact them to refill my prescriptions and then it takes days to get them refilled. I usually have to go into the store and wait for them to be filled. Last time I was in there, they said that they were 4 days behind. How does a pharmacy get 4 days behind?! I'm in the process of changing pharmacies.

My wife entered the drive thru line at least 5-10 minutes before 6 p.m. The customer took over 15 minutes to go thru the line. Then my wife got up to the window and the tech told her that there was nothing for her. NOTE: my wife ordered a script the day before and was told that she could pick it up the next day, now she was there the next day and was told there was nothing for her. Then the Pharmacist said that they were closed. They close at 6 p.m. Mind you she was there at least 10 minutes before 6 p.m. NO OFFER TO TAKE CARE OF HER. I am highly upset at the Pharmacist action. I await to see what your response will be.

I stopped using this pharmacy years ago because of poor service, but went back for a specific need today. I'd even called ahead to confirm, waiting through several minutes of irrelevant automated messages before getting a person, and then got a completely different story when I got there. The in-person staff member was rude and struggled with language, as was very clear from the interaction with the customer before me. At my turn, this person could not get my name right after multiple attempts. After I'd said my name for the third time, more slowly loudly and clearly, I was told by the staff member not to yell at them. The only words I said was my name, and still I only got a blank look. I was very confused. Did I need to write it down? I never even got to the purpose of my visit before it was obvious this wasn't going to work; medicine is not a place for poor communication skills. There are plenty of other options, and it took less time to contact a different place nearby than the time I spent getting nowhere at this location.

They always do a great ? job of applying coupons to my prescriptions. So I get great, discounted prices. Customer service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ at this pharmacy!

Pharmacy is closed 24/7 for some reason? I get the break part for their lunch, that's accepted. But, if you say you're open then so should the drive through. Some people actually need to get their medication, and being closed for no reason, is unacceptable especially on a Wednesday midday..

i was in line in drive thru. Posted hours are they are open till 8 pm. Its 7:05 pm. The car in front of me pulls out. The young lady in the drive thru rushes to pull the window guard down. I had waited in line 10 minutes. I then go inside and wait in line for ten minutes. The pharmacists gets a lady wanting a Covid booster. She leaves three people in the register line and goes to give this other customer a booster. The lady was the last of the customers to arrive. I guess the Booster pays the most. I will be getting my prescribed medicines shipped to me. These people lack basic people skills. They have more business than they can handle. I WOULD RECOMMEND SOMEONE ELSE.

Had prescription sent here. They did not have it in stock. They said it was in stock at a CVS a 20 minute drive away and prescription would be ready when I got there. Got to the CVS all the way across town. Not only did they not have the prescription at all - this store didn't call at all and they looked at me as though I was crazy when I asked for my prescription. Wasted more time while they called another cvs that wouldn't answer phone. Won't ever go back here again!

The phone system is glitchy and activated on every tiny noise on my side of the phone. When I finally got a real human being I couldn't hear her and she spoke too fast. When I asked her to slow down and speak louder she put me back into the automated system.

Pharmacy is super slow, the techs even walk around slow looking lost. They make mistakes. Their computer system glitches and screws up. Really poorly run.

Do not get a COVID-19 test done here. I had one done back in November 2020 that never reached the lab. I have been fighting to get my $139.00 back. Today, Feb 4, 2021, I received a letter from CVS claims department stating they don't have to refund my $139.00 because they are immuned from claims of loss or harm for activities related to services or any other resources to combat COVID-19. My $139 is gone.

I am a licensed medical professional. I have to say I would never ever have CVS conduct a Covid test for anyone! The accountability measures stink! No receipt or anything for services. The test could have ended up in the wrong name system and there was no signature for tracking test. Just awful professionally speaking!
