Wow! I am always, always BEYOND impressed with the talented techs at this location. They are constantly moving and balancing multiple tasks at once- you can see one on the phone with an Insurance company while filling medications and coaching new technicians all at the same time. I am very impressed with how these young girls handle the verbal aggression. Kudos to the techs at this pharmacy, thank you for what you do! After seeing it in real time, I have definitely grown to appreciate what you all do and will be more patient in the future.

I called to inquire about my prescription through the automated service and was told 4:19. I drove to the drive through window at 4:45 and was told it would be another 30 min. This is the 3rd time this has happned. I left a message last time they did this and did not receive a call

Had a great experience here, the employee Aubrey, who helped at the front desk, gave me one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while. She was able to assist me in a timely and kind manor and showed excellent work ethic, I really enjoyed and appreciated my experience today at this CVS!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The pharmacist saw me in line before they closed and helped out a car in front of me for 15 minutes. I get up to the window and he closes the window on me slowly and starts laughing.

The drive thru gate is broken all the time when they are short staffed. I’m disabled and need the drive thru! When you ask staff it’s always had to order a part to fix the drive thru gate.

If you wait in line and get to the counter. if it is now there lunch time they closed up on you. It's a very rude attitude. Next my brother in law need at new light pain meds. 10 min. Until the closing time. Now the day before my daughter picked up his medicine no problems. With me they want 2 form of his ide. My brother in law is try pass he 82 and 75 pound. I do not need the stress it gives me. Oh yes we have tried to use Rx discount card for cash payments. Now my med. Are expensive, Dr gave my the care. Cvc said because I have insurance I must go through the insurance and that price in always a lot more. .....

Clean location, plenty of parking, wide carpeted isles that allow for easy maneuvering of a wheelchair. This CVS location has a larger selection of vitamins and supplements then the nearby Walgreens. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, clean and is a single stall which is important for care takers or family members who need to assist someone in a wheelchair. As far as I can remember all the staff members are helpful and friendly. The closing crew usually starts vacuuming at least 30 minutes before closing but have no issue stopping to assist customers. There are two self checkout registers located near the front entrance with at least one always operational. The little red kiosk for printing rewards coupons is located more in the center of the store directly along the main walkway. In the past this location had issues with finding rewards members accounts or at least coupons that were available on members accounts, but they have completely fixed that issue so there isn't anything negative we can say about this location.

CVS at 1308 N Bryant in Edmond is one of the best CVS’S I’ve shopped at.The customer service guy at the front name. Dave was extremely helpful, professional and extremely patient. He was able to assist me several times with my purchases as well as some returns. While helping a line of 5 customers he was helping the 2 of us on self checkout as well. Dave is a rockstar!!! This guy needs a raise!!!The pharmacy staff is amazing as well. They helped me get medication I’ve been out of and they got it filled quickly.I highly recommend this CVS location!!

Do not use this pharmacy for you prescriptions. Had mine filled and they left one off without informing me. I was having surgery so I needed to have this drug. After surgery I did not have the prescription so called and the lady said they were out of stock but would check. Then she hung up. I called back and she said they were busy and she would let me know and hung up again. Do not trust them. Go to another pharmacy.
