Caitlyn at the local CVS was soo helpful and courteous. As I approached the register she was bagging for a customer at the self checkout. Her willing customer service impressed 👍👍

Can’t speak for the pharmacy, but as far as the store goes Pretty convenient if you just need to pop in and like get some shampoo or something, and sometimes they have pretty good sales.

Absolute terrible pharmacy. They keep cutting their hours making it more troublesome for people to get their medications. The service is terrible.

One of the CVS representatives made me wait for long time while he said he was trying to see my son's prescription and hang up the call without saying anything. Very first thing he said after picking up the phone that they are closing in 8 minutes so they can't do anything today. He didn't even ask if I can make to the store within 8 minutes. Please give them proper training before you hire someone to work in a pharmacy.

The manager Waunita is a miserable soul. I didn’t pick your job, you did. CVS needs to invest in some people training for you. You will forever be a bottom of the barrel, low class rat for how you treat people and how you talk to others. All of the other employees at this location are amazing.

Staff are not always friendly or helpful at this location. Their are some staff that are helpful and will greet you upon entering but there is at least one older lady that will completely ignore you standing at the front counter for several minutes and will act completely annoyed when she has to retrieve an online order from behind the counter. I hope people like playing hide and go seek, because that's what you will have to do to get her to come to the front counter.
Other then that single employee, this location isn't to bad. Lighting is a little dingy and the place isn't as clean as other locations. But their selection is slightly better then other nearby locations and they have a redbox located outside near the front entrance.

Wanita the store manager is very condescending, rude and immature for her age. She’s not professional when she talks to people at all.

I went to this CVS to do a return. I had the original receipt with the product and was told by the Manager that they could not do the return because they don’t carry that product in their store. I’ve always been able to do a return at any CVS as long as I had a receipt. This is the first time I’ve been denied a return and told I had to take it back to the original store I purchased from. While the sales associate was extremely nice, the manager/supervisor has poor customer service!

Waiting for my prescription for two days, just to find out they still couldn't meet the time frame that was given. Told me that I could wait until the next truck came in. So disheartening!
