I can’t believe people are complaining about this pharmacy and store. Each time I go to the pharmacy, they help me like I’m their only customer. They have things ready, and if I need to wait, it’s only for a bit due to their efficiency. When I shop in the store, when I’m ready to check out, I usually mess something up because I’m tech stupid. A sales person ALWAYS helps me and tells me it’s no big deal. I’m also greeted when I walk in and told, “Thank you” as I leave. The store is clean and well arranged. Wow! I wonder if we’re talking about the same store?

I just switched to this pharmacy due to a change in my insurance. 3 weeks ago I went into the pharmacy and requested refills on two prescriptions. Those refills have not been completed. The competency and attention to customers seems to be lacking at this location. Have not had an experience like this at any other (non-CVS) pharmacy.

Oh my where do I even start. I don’t usually go to this CVS but the one that I normally go to did not have my medicine in stock but told me this one did and they would have it ready for me. The lady with the thick accent Fabion I think is her name was so rude and the true definition of a bully.. I am shocked CVS has someone so unprofessional representing them. I got to the drive thru line at 5:15 and didn’t get to the window until 6:25. No problem I understand pharmacy are busy however after waiting in the drive through line for an hour she comes to the window and starts screaming at me that she wouldn’t apply my savings card. I showed her my card and said that she needed to apply the 2025 card I have it. I also told her it was updated in her system by the other pharmacy I usually go to and she said no it would take time (a few minutes) to apply the savings and that I needed to hand her my cell phone (where the pic of the savings card was) and drive around and go back to the end of the line. She said my medicine was ready but I wasn’t? It’s January 2025 a new year, I am prepared but she was too much in a hurry since the pharmacy closes at 7pm. She was worried about leaving not taking care of people. She was proud that she was rude and bullying customers. They had my 2025 savings card BIN and group # updated in the system but she said she wasn’t going to apply it unless I went back to the end of the line or came inside? Make it make sense. I just paid the $90 but what about people who don’t have funds for their medication? I cannot imagine working in healthcare and treating people like that.

Terrible customer service. Sent my husband over to get a couple of flu tests and some other items. No one would help him out. Cashier wouldn't actually check him out so he was forced to use the self checkout which literally stole $20 from us - but no one was there to actually assist with getting this returned. Terribly managed store.

Actually would give zero stars as pharmacist was very rude and had poor English. When I told her I could not understand her and to please repeat she hung up - very rude!!! I will never go to this pharmacy.

Rude staff. The intercom at the drive thru is too loud so if you have someone with speech difficulties, I wouldn’t even try it.

Staff is incredibly rude/inconsiderate. They’ve been late to fill multiple medications, even though I told the CVS app I’d be picking them up that day.
Another time, they refused to refill and essential medication because I showed up to the pharmacy 20 minutes before close. They made me go to a different pharmacy to get the medication I needed.
They treat medicine like it’s unnecessary/frivolous, like they’re selling donuts.

Went to pick up my prescription. They never filled it because they needed additional information. They didn't communicate this to me and gave me a blank stare while explaining this to me. Horrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy in the metro. Staff is not competent. $90 rx at this CVS was transferred to another local pharmacy and paid $3. Staff either does not want to figure out insurance or isn't competent enough to process correctly. Everytime I go to this pharmacy I end up in an argument with the staff. Take your business anywhere else.

This is my second time posting this review as the first one was taken down. I guess they didn't like me calling them out. I sent here in January of 2023 and was getting a new RX for my wife. I had new paperwork given to me by my doctor to expedite the process. I was waiting on the tech to run the new method when the Pharmacist who was working across from her looked up and saw that there were now 2 people behind me and said to the tech. Just tell him it's not authorized, there are other people waiting. The tech did as she was told and I was told I i couldn't get it. I left and come to find out they called my wife and said they were able to run it. This is poor customer service when you're not willing to take care of the person in the moment just because there are 2 people in line. Seems the Pharmacist is more worried about how many people they serve then getting proper care for the individual.

Night and Day Difference with Pharmacy Staff. I think may depend on the person at location and if having a bad day. Never had a bad experience here or within the store for 3 years now.
