Rated while I was sitting there, but since it popped up I'll do it again. They refused to patch our tire after we had already paid and sat there an hour. They tried to make us purchase a new one. We went to another shop and got the tire repaired for $15. As in my first rating I will say....two stars because like used car salesmen they were at least polite while trying to give it to us in the rear.

I was in a bind with a tire that kept loosing air while headed out of town with the family. Andrew Lapach came and helped me out of our troubles and sent me down the road with safe tires in record pace. I am very grateful he took the time to look over everything. Wonderful customer service! This was my very first time not servicing my car at Mercedes, and also my first visit to Discount Tire so I’ll admit I was a little nervous going in. But from the moment I arrived, the team completely exceeded my expectations. Jared and Jesse, in particular, were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.
They took the time to walk me through my tire options, guaranteed I got the best price (which I did!), and even removed my old California plates and installed my new Oklahoma ones something I didn’t expect at all. They saw me earlier than my appointment time, explained every step of the process clearly, and had me out much faster than I anticipated. They even inspected my windshield wipers, and while they didn’t carry the specific type for Mercedes, they still went out of their way to check them and offer helpful suggestions.
The level of service, courtesy, and professionalism I experienced here was truly outstanding. Every single person I interacted with on staff was warm, efficient, and respectful. I can confidently say I’ll be returning here for all of my future tire needs. Thank you again to Jared, Jesse, and the entire team, you made a loyal customer out of me!

The assistant manager, York, helped schedule a rotation and explained how many miles I should go before I need another rotation which I don't remember an explanation when I purchased. Also helped me determine the tires for another vehicle- many thanks, York!

I’ve been using Discount Tire for a long time, and they were great, until problems started. We usually go to the one on Memorial, but since this location was closer to us, we decided to get both of our front tires replaced there. When we picked up the car, we didn’t have time to check anything because we were in a rush. 3-4 days after, we noticed that both of our rims had been badly damaged, and it was clearly visible. The next morning, we went back, but they wouldn’t do anything or even try to help. Really disappointed with this kind of service when something goes wrong and they don’t take responsibility.

AMAZING service. Was on a road trip & needed tires BADLY, but forgot my lug-locker nut. They didn't have one that fit since they're all unique, but they found a solution without scuffing my rims at all!! Had to special order tires as well, since mine aren't too common, and they same day ordered them to match the rears. Was in & out of their shop on a walk-in, and back out on the road within hours! (Most of it was simply waiting on the tire delivery). GREAT group of guys. Professional, communicative & work well with you in a pinch. Definitely drop into their shop. Thanks again 🙏

Been taking my trucks there for several years now. Have always been very easy to deal with and communicate well. Today they were slammed when I came in and still made sure I was taken care of and both managers went above and beyond!
