I visit OFTEN, more than I should and on more than one occasion have found the management (two older ladies) being a bit nasty. Once I walked in just after opening and was on the other side of an aisle as I overheard one speaking to another employee about how so and so doesn't like to work and blah blah. All negative. The conversation was so negative I hurried and got out. On another occasion the other manager couldn't help but critize people and roll her eyes at everyone who gave a mother and son $ for entertaining with a violin. Yea, he was probably a fake but geeez, atleast he's entertaining and her comments were not necessary.The baffonery that you watch has you wondering how these people have managed to keep their job for so long.You definitely get dollar store customer service from these two older hens.

I went there last night and while the store had amazing selections, the manager was horrible to the 2 young kids working there. She raised her voice, insulted them, and criticized EVERYTHING they did with no instructions of how they could improve. Nothing they did was enough. The way she was speaking to them had me flinching. She even used the intercom to address and criticize one of them over the entire store. It was atrocious. There was another older employee there but she didn’t dare speak to her the way she did these kids. It’s obvious these kids are young and new to the workforce; she’s taking advantage of their ignorance and the fact that they don’t know this isn’t appropriate treatment at a job. It was so bad that I almost started helping one of them. She was screaming at one of them to do three different things at one time. Truly, I was appalled. I’ve never seen a manager treat employees this way so openly in front of the customers. She was humiliating them and they are maybe 15-16 years old. This kind of treatment does not encourage employees to do good work. It usually results in them quiting. I hope these kids do, they deserve so much better. They were so kind and helpful when I needed it.

The manager was absolutely horrible to her cashier. Less than 10 minutes ago i was there and she was degrading, and dismissing him. He was doing his best and she wasnt even teaching him. it was clear he was new but she was just completely horrible. When i left she laughed out and said “You should see him” after i told her she should teach him instead of berate him. I know this is a dollar tree but he is a human that was messed up.

Fall season has arrived and they have their items in for fall. I could not stop buying stuff so I spent more than I wanted to that's why I give it a five star!

Very similiar to the rest of the dollar tree stores around the metro. This location has pretty good stock and the customer service is just ok. The only problem that I have is that there is always a line to check out due to lack of staff. I have no idea why they wouldn't have at least lanes open at once because of the steady traffic.

Great place to buy your cards, gift wrap and snacks! I've also purchased some really good books here. The staff is always friendly. I don't recommend buying nail polish or emery boards here..."you get what you pay for".

They double charged me then also told me even though I had proof that my card went through that it don't show on their end so I can't leave without merchandise so I had to repay for my things and they gave me a 1800# to call so not a very good visit nor is that good business.

It is filthy and the employees aren't very helpful. They have restrooms but they don't clean them very well.

Full with customers. Easy to find what your looking for. Prices are now $1.25 & up. Generally better than other stores price wise.
