For $10, if it says basic wash it should do more than streak your car when a pathetic stream ran down sides. It also looked like it was still studsy when it told me finished. Took all of 2 mins. Most pathetic wash I've ever been to with my car. I expected the dust removed, not left looking like a zebra. Ugh

Used the automatic today, put $20 in for the $14 car wash and the dam machine didnt give me my $6 in change. Gotta get it where you can 🤣

I'm actually very irritated. I've lost
$12 to this place yesterday. I was lucky, I found a bay that had water to wash off the soap that I got out of one bay and had to move to the another. The vacuums are all poorly functioning which was about the only thing that was working.

Doesn't do a good job on the $12 dollar wash.

Machines were not registering quarters. Moved to another bay and the same thing. Contacted the company and never received a call back.

***Update: I checked my transaction history and found my first trip to this car wash was August 2022 which was $8.00 for the basic wash so I was incorrect about the $6.00 wash. I did want to correct that but I stand by the rest of my review
I've been coming here for about 4 years now and have always considered this a really good auto wash. I like the fact that its brushless and up until the last couple trips, my car has come out fairly clean and mostly dry. but, alas, no more. I will not waste my time or money at this auto wash again. in the time I've been using this auto wash, the price for the cheap wash has gone from $6 to $10, the amount of pressure has dramatically decreased, I'm not sure if the wash even lasts 2 minutes now, and the dryer is now stationary and only lasts about 20 seconds. honestly, you would be better off driving around in the rain. your car would most likely come out cleaner. this morning, after my wash, my car was still so wet I had to go thru multiple towels to wipe it down (this never used to happen when the dryer moved back and forth over your car), and even the loose dirt was still on my car. as far as getting bugs off the front, don't even get me started lol. on top of all that, there must've been something up with the water they are running thru the auto wash because my car smelled nasty while I was towel drying it. we had a good run but I absolutely will not be back again

Nope. First time here. We took the right lane for the touch-free automatic. We paid for the most expensive wash ($15-16). It did only one pass of soap and then went to rinse, wash was five minutes max. Absolutely did not do most of the stuff we paid for with the premium wash, pretty sure it just gave us the cheapest/basic wash. Basically theft. We'll never be back.

The west most lane has a broken sprayer. We did our best to get the car clean.
The automatic wash is also broken, with a note about driving out slowly as the dryers aren't moving.
No staff or number posted for help. Wasted $14 and left with a dirty car.
There always seems to be issues at this location. It's a shame, we prefer the manual car washes over the new fancy drive though car washes.

I have read the negative reviews and I have not had any problems at this location. If I need my wheels clean from break dust, I use the self serve wash first. I clean wheels, spray car with soap and drive through automatic touchlass side. I get the top of the line wash and it does spray undercarriage as well as add-ons such as clear coat and wax. I don't expect any automatic wash to fully clean a dirty car, even with brushes. The top option even dries twice and is cheaper than top wash at automatic washes that touch your car. A little elbow grease if you have oklahoma red dirt with using pre-treatment and brush works well. I live in okc and gladly drive to edmond for this carwash!

I've been going here for years, and love this place! Now-a-days, I don't have the energy to use their DIY booths (though those are a GREAT value). The fully automated wash does a very good job, and is very reasonably priced, especially compared to the other car washes around town.
One time I did have an issue with the automated wash simply not working after I paid for it. Once I'd explained everything to their customer service, they completely took care of it.
I'll definitely continue to use Edmond Auto Wash!
