Hyundai of Edmond did everything possible to make sure that this was a successful purchase. The vehicle was delivered to me in pristine condition. My sales person Rajip was knowledgeable, personable and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. I would recommend an Hyundai of Edmond to anyone buying a Hyundai or Genius.

I was able to go through most of the steps to purchase this vehicle over phone. When I arrived at the dealership, Noah provided me with a quick test drive of this amazing car. I then spent a short time finalizing the purchase. After the car was purchased, Noah spent time with me showing me all of the features of this great car. He even offered to by my personal owner's manual and to feel free to call him if I had any questions later.

Kyle Dias did an amazing job helping us get our new palisade. He was informative and patient. He showed us lots of models. We were very thankful for our experience. This is our first Hyundai and was by far the easiest buying car experience we’ve ever had. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Been here for 3 hours for an oil change and front collision sensor calibration. Had the car for about a month before collision sensor started having issues and I wasn't able to put my car in cruise control. Love that the oil changes are free, but at this point I'd rather go somewhere else and pay them $60 to do what I need, and have it take 15 minutes. This is the second time in 5 months I've given up an entire afternoon for my oil to be changed. A big selling point for me was that anytime I needed my car serviced, I could have a loaner vehicle to go on about my day while waiting on my car. Nothing about their loaner vehicle program has ever panned out. They're always out of availability, or you have to request one weeks in advance. The customer service here is a joke. I just heard them tell a man behind me that he needed a new catalytic converter after he bought the car a month ago, and it wasn't covered by his warranty! People on the sales floor are kind enough, but the service center might as well be a drug front. I will no longer be servicing my car at Edmond Hyundai. I cannot afford to put my entire day on hold to get my oil changed.

I went in, just to test drive, but was treated and informed so well by Ryan Waddle that I decided to work out a price. Brian was great to deal with during the sales negotiation process, and I felt I got a good deal, with Ryan by my side the whole way. When it was tine for the paperwork, Patrick made it quite easy and he was great to deal with. Ryan then walked me through all the new features of the car. I realized two days later that my car didn't have any floormats, so I gave Ryan a call and he got it taken care of right away. I had totally intended to buy a Toyota, but the people here made it so easy to pick Hyundai. Probably the best car shopping experience ever! That was 3 months ago now and I still remember all them. Truly amazing customer service. Noah was an amazing salesman full of knowledge. The entire team from start to finish was an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up with wonderful deal and will be customers for life. If you're car shopping, I highly recommend stopping in. Definitely recommend working with Noah for sales.

My car was having problems when the weather got cold. Misty, the service advisor, listened to me and made sure the technician understood my problem. They finally found the problem with my starter and Misty was such a professional thru the process. She is the reason for me coming to the Edmond location.

Man let me start by saying I'm not one to review anything actually think this is my first time.... but damn the service center has been absolutely atrocious! From constant tire warranty issues to oil change issues to almost locking the car up from a messed up oil change! It's constantly something! And then taking over a week to get a literal tire fixed! Just been an absolute shit show from jump street and was supposed to get a windshield replaced and or fixed in the purchase agreement and never had it happen!

When you walk in you will be told over and over that they pride themselves on their customer service. However, in my experience, this dealership is just a shady and unprofessional as the rest. I will keep it short, looked at a vehicle on 10/24, they couldn't find the keys, came back the next day and drove it, liked it, and was ready to buy. I was told the car wasn't ready to drive off the lot yet but they would love for me to buy it and fill out the paperwork. I let them know it doesn't make sense for me to buy a car and not be able to drive it. I let them know that I'd be willing to put a deposit on the car and come back and finalize the sale when it is ready to drive off the lot. Used car salesman George k. Stepped in and began the pressuring. I also had my 7 month old baby with me and her bed time was approaching so I told George. I would love to come back in three days without the baby and with a deposit on the car and finalize the purchase. (Assumed the car would be ready to drive after that three day mark) George assured me the paperwork would be under thirty minutes (which I already doubted but chose to believe him) I filled out the paperwork (2 hour process) and the final document was the 72 hour notice that states you can take the car back no questions asked. So I asked finance how that works if I'm unable to drive the car off the lot, they asked their manager and it goes off purchase date. So another reason I should of held off til the car was ready. Fast forward I purchased the car on 10/25 and it wasn't ready to drive off the lot till 11/3. So much for that 72 hour notice! Lastly, when I picked up my vehicle it had 34 miles till empty, what a nice parting gift! In summary, I'm happy with the vehicle I have a strong distaste for the customer service or lack of, lack of transparency, and just the typical shady salesman tactics. At this point the paperwork is finalized and they made their commission. I am posting this for them to be better and to do better for their future customers. What a terrible experience.

Edmond Hyundai made this the easiest car buying experience ever! We purchased a new Santa Cruz and I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking to purchase. Our sales person Aaron was very informative and great to work with. The finance guys Patrick and Austin made the process a complete joy. Very congested lot, with construction on one side. Once we entered we were met by our salesman Chris Lewis at the front door. Chris was very professional along the journey, we also worked with George, he was also professional and treated our family right. Between the two we were able to come up with a good deal that worked out to what we wanted, warranty, GAP and a new car. Very pleased with the outcome and overall experience. Chris is a great salesman that genuinely cares about his customers.Would RecommendUPDATE 16 OCT: finally received the title for our new purchase, very painful process getting answers from anyone here regarding timelines. Trade In vehicle still has yet to be paid off. It’s a finger pointing match between the bank and this place.

I live in Colorado. I purchased a vehicle from Genesis of Edmund because it had the colors and options I wanted, and they were willing to ship it to me for free. The vehicle arrived with a paint flaw. It's a minor flaw, and hard to see, but in the right light, it'll drive you nuts. I was told by the dealership that it would be covered under warranty. After several month of going back and forth with Genesis directly, the warranty claim was denied as external damage.I went back to the dealership to try and get the issue resolved. They are offering no support, and now ghosting me.Attached are all images I have sent to the dealer. They are refusing to help claiming that the flaw is "Nothing we caused". I have a presale video sent to me by the salesman before I purchased it. This video was taken before the car was shipped to me.
